Customer service is usually pretty good. I love that self check out is always open. Its so much faster. My boyfriend and went in my new vehicle and ended up buying a pool. Not thinking anything about it. This worker helped us get it to the vehicle and then tried to fit it in the truck (which is very spacious even with the seats up) however tee box was to long to push it in all the way. So he helpped us get it out and fight it in to the back seat. When we got done I asked my boyfriend to tip him and he had no cash on him. I felt so horrible!! The gentleman shake our hands smiled and walked off as we thanked him. I still to those day feel bad. He was so nice and went out of his way to help us. God bless you sir

Long, long lines. How many empty registers? And people lined up to the main aisles during the busiest hours?! There needs to be some reorganization of that wasted space ie empty registers with some more self service lines. Broad main aisles, but full of large pallets.... Suggestion, make those main aisles easier passable, Ive yet to witness anyone pull from those pallets because of the cart traffic. Its too much clutter. Happy customers are return customers. I rarely visit this store for these reasons. Usually visit super early to avoid the chaos that is Walmart.

The "coach" section of grocery stores in lebanon, publix is 1st class then kroger then walmart. Walmart is more like savalot when you could actually walk into a savalot. Savalot is now a safety hazard. Walmart is ghetto as hell. Savalot is a place where you might get robbed and raped in lebanon. Walmart is like a casino,the huge rollback signs are like slot machines and robert deniro. Customer service is the joe pesci in that if you want satisfaction they tell you to go F yourself.

The subway inside this Walmart is awful. I was trying to order a foot long, the bread didnt even look like a good long, was very thin too. Then after I said what I wanted and got it toasted, and then find out that they didnt have much of anything that you can put on the sun but lettuce. To me that should have been something they should have mentioned before ordering, especially since one of the subs was a BLT. Very disappointed. Dont think I am going back to that subway again.

There are a few problems with this Walmart. One is that the cashiers are slow! Ive been there many times, and every time it takes like 8 minutes to check out, not counting the line! Theres like one or two good ones, total. Also, the customer service is horrible! They dont help you or even smile, usually. Third, the bathrooms are a mess!( paper towels on the floor, unfilled dispenser, no toilet paper) please read this Walmart.

Normally I have a great time at this walmart but today me and my friends were looking at some rugs and a lady named Debbie came up to us and told us if we werent going to buy the rug we need to put it back and that she was going to call security on us if we didnt leave she was very rude and this walmart will probably lose all of my friends and mine service, very very disappointed with the way she treated us.

they are currently making remodeling the store ! They have put in better self checkouts on grocery side , and it looks like they are adding more self check outs on the other side of the store! im in there way to much bt the store looking better every day, just a little messy due to the work being done but it will be worth it. i cant wait to see it when its complete no doubt it will be like new and better!

Store was a typical walmart. I actually went there to stay overnight in my RV for a night after a long day of traveling....I hardly got any rest because of the noises. At one point, there were a group of teenagers talking loudly so I looked out to find out what the commotion was and they were trying to steal a bike that was locked up on a pole. Definitely will not be going there again.

Dear Wal-Mart, Im waiting in line to be checked out by a human being. All of the self checkouts that are being put in, are less jobs for human beings. Less jobs for people = less money circulating in my local economy. I cant, in good conscience, support a cutting of jobs in my town, so long as I can help it. This is my opinion, and my principle. Your move, Wal-Mart.

Me and my husband got two fishing poles as gifts from the Walmart in Lebanon TN. We cant use them. We took them to customer service and spoke to a manager. We couldnt even get a gift card one because my pole didnt havent a bar code and the second reason was she said my husbands had a dent on it not true. I am very disappointed

Some sections are well stocked, but others are almost bare. Especially laundry supplies. They do have a specialty foods area for gluten free and vegan options. Not much of a selection for make up or bath salts or bubble bath, if thats important to you. Returns suck, the lady that usually is up there is rude and condescending.

Its what you would expect for Walmart. Nothing special to speak of. The employees are friendly enough to get the job done, however they dont go much further than that. The store is clean so are the bathrooms for the most part. The parking lot is a little crowded (of course), but usually all Walmart lots are, lol.

The parking is not that large. Truckers be very careful while pulling in and out of this facility. Tight driveways for semis and motor homes. Very clean though. I wish I would get HALAL FOODS FOR MUSLIMS. If you eat halal meat they only half fish. I dont think the beef and the chicken they have is Halal

Super trashy! staff was extremely rude they were shouting at each other about how they didnt give a f*** what the manager had to say now I refuse to shop at Wal-Mart to begin with but I was in a pinch and needed to use the atm but the staff ... they were like animals running around, it was a joke!

Not very different from most Wal-Mart stores. Service is alright most of the time. Some associates are very nice and kind. The groceries organization is a little bit different than other Wal Mart stores but with big signs I can tell you for sure that you will find what youre looking for.

I work at this store in lebanon it is not good place to work. The supervisor are rude and Manger dont care about there in employee if u get hurt they dont care. I like shopping at Mt Juliet walmart or Cookeville walmart so nice I get help there I dont like lebanon walmart so rude.

This Walmart definitely has its ups and downs. Some departments are neatly arranged while others lack much needed attention. Most of the associates are friendly and willing to help. Overall its not a bad place to go shopping, however it can be quite congested during evening hours.

Good prices on decent quality merchandise. I can generally find what I came to look for, except in clothing, where popular sizes get sold out quickly. It seems to me that their ordering system needs a revamp in regards to mens clothing sizes especially.
