The so called asst manager that was working the front end on Thursday September 1st was an absolute horrible example of how one should be a leader for her employees. Her name began with an M and she was HORRIBLE. I was applying for a tax exempt card for my 501 c 3 where I help homeless children and vets. She made me feel like I was robbing her or something. She was having trouble reading my information and I went to tell her what it said she looked at me down her glasses and said I CAN READ...................DEPLORABLE customer service and I would pray to God you are not this hard up for employees.

Went to the deli (hot food) asked for chicken breast. Nope, no chicken breast. The rest of the hot food, mashed potatoes, corn, and potato wedges, looked as though it had been sitting there a while. I asked of they were going to be cooking more chicken, associate told me it would take about 20 minutes or more to get it done, and it was already late in the day. So.... I went to the Jay C bought freshly fried chicken.

My parents got their oil changed at this Walmart and one of the employees stole the solid gold chain necklace my dad had hanging from his rear view mirror. It was a gift my mom got him over 20 years ago and my dad always hung it from his car. It even had a crucifix on it. I cant believe someone would steal Jesus. Dont leave your car with this Walmart. The employees cant be trusted.

This has got to be the nastiest walmart in america. The bathrooms were almost unbearable and when i told customer service about the poopy toilet paper all over floor and i had to change my baby on a boken baby changer, she looked at her watch and said its another hour before bathroom checks are done again, sorry. WOW WOW WOW!!!!

I love this place because its all local people who work there. They work long hours without proper breaks. And they smile and do their best. Most of these people get shafted by Walmart; the way theyre paid & the way theyre treated. They dont get paid enough. These are my people and thats the only reason I like the local Walmart.

Employees are always very helpful at night when I go. I try to avoid rush hours and busy times like Saturday night etc. They usually have multiple of what I need and selection is pretty good. Knocked a star off because they have stopped carrying items that I have grown to love and buy regularly; so now I have to order online.

I have worked there a couple of times, but due to my bad back, Im unable too. I loved working there, it was like a second home for me. And all my co- workers were always very respectable to me and all the customers. I will always continue to shop there and I hope everyone feels the same as I do. Have a Happy New Year to all.

Its not been updated to reflect the times. Its always dirty and the bathrooms are lacking in simple amenities like purse hangers and the toilet seats are loose and its smelly & dirty most all the time. The store was the first "Super" Walmart in Indiana and now is one of the worst Walmarts Ive been in.

Although the store is usually clean, it is never really very well stocked. The wait in the checkout lanes is always way too long. There are never enough checkout lanes open. And some of the cashiers and customer service managers arent very well trained making shopping there a miserable experience.

A regular Walmart. The staff are frendly and allowed us to stay in the parking lot during the solar eclipse. They say truckers and campers come through and rest after buying things and its a common courtesy and perk from shopping at Walmart. They seem to care about drivers safety.

Its okay but Ive been at the pharmacy often and I always phone my orders in before I go they give me a time when it will be ready but when I get there lots of times I have to wait or Ill have to come back a day or two later just to pick my order up

I absolutely hate this WalMart and will drive all the way to New Albany just so I dont have to shop at this one. Some of the most unprofessional, nasty customer service representatives I have ever seen at any Walmart and that is saying a lot.

Treated customer in front of me poorly because she has 4 towels that were marked 4.50 on the shelf but rang up 8.96.they took forever to go price check and ultimately gave her one at the shelf price

I shop at night when they are stocking. Never have any issues. Still get asked if I need any help. However i wish you all go back to carrying 2% Fairlife Milk. Look into that for me. Thanks

Walmart is Walmart. They have good prices but later in the day they have fewer and fewer cashiers. They had two lanes open to check out 30 people around 9pm. Theres room for improvement

Get in, grab the stuff that you need and hopefully not have to wait in a long line before paying and heading out the door. It can be very busy here and every Walmart you go to.
