It takes a few times of a bad experience to make me feel negatively towards a service provider. Wal-Mart online grocery management has accomplished that. A little over a month ago I waited over an hour for my groceries to be brought to my car. I was not the only customer waiting like this. Other customers barked at the associate, (the only one running groceries for all pick ups!), and left before getting their order. It was annoying but I know things just happen sometimes. I was given a gift card and apology and assurance things would be better with future orders. Few weeks later, I pick up my order only to get home and have half of it missing. I called and was told all refridgerated items were still in cooler. So I had to go back over to get them. Another apology. This past week, I placed my order and scheduled my time for 9-10 am pick up. Ten came and went, and no notification that my order was ready. At about 10:20 I called and asked about my order. The guy that answered the phone sounded as if he could care less, told me 4 items were not in my order yet but I could come get my order and due without my items (they would be refunded) or I could wait. I opted to give them an hour and just go get my order either way after the hour. The hour went by and no call or email. I called and the guy said it was ready. I picked up my order (which the assistant manager brought out, pretty sure he was the same guy from the phone call) and later reviewed the service with walmart on the email they provided. So I get a call yesterday from management and he goes on to tell me he sees I had some problems with the service and hes not sure what happened. Then he says they provide service to a large amount of satisfied customers and doesnt know what the issue is with me but we were going to get me back on track. I lost it after that. If that "manager" would have read the review he would know where its gone wrong a few times. I will say that associate Nancy has been great anytime there was an issue and she is an incredible worker. I hope Wal-Mart doesnt take her for granted. She was one of a few reasons to keep trying the service. I dont know that management or Wal-Mart recognises their associates that really care. The management is rotten.

My friend had got caught shoplifting while I was with her the manager and heads of security where extremely rude to us. Once my friend had left I was waiting on my mom and decided to call her because I felt uncomfortable. One of the men in the room ripped my phone out of my hand and slammed it on the desk to which I promptly stood up and took it back. The Manager who I believe was named Matthew cussed me out because "I wouldnt lose the attitude" the second time encounter was I had locked my keys in my car and needed something to unlock my car such as a slim Jim kit or wire.. After asking 2 employees who where very rude to me and my friend who was helping me out, they pretty much laughed in my face and told me to "go home and quit causing trouble." The 3 encounter was just yesterday. I had gone in and asked for a money gram so I could get all the money off my lost card. The lady in the money center very rudely told me and my mom i had to have a check given to me by skylight. When we tried to explain what we where doing we where it off by Adrian every time and she just got ruder and ruder she them pages a manager down and the manager said she couldnt do it and walked away. I had to call skylight and have Mrs. Alex (who was very kind and helpful) to speed to the manager so they would let me get my money! My mom then pointed out that the manager should not have walked away when she knew she had custormors she needed to deal with. Again the lady behind the counter got rude. We waited a good 10 minutes before the manager Nicole come back. They where very rude and then tried to tell us we never asked to a money gram that was said multiple times. A employee is one thing when getting rude. But a manager cussing, yelling and getting rude with customers is another. Will most likely never come back.

Lines too long. Only 3 registers open on a Friday evening. The store was very unorganized, and many empty shelves. Very dirty and no one to ask for help. The NewAlbany Indiana store on Grantline Rd. Please get some help in that store and if the people were paid more than minium wage i believe they would be able to keep help, and give better service. No one likes to stand in line for 20 minutes or longer after a long day at work. I feel Walmart has went downhill over the yrs because they have poor service, and uncleaned stores in this area. I hope to see changes soon or i will be shopping someplace else. Many people italk to have stopped shopping at Walmart because of these problems. I hate only giving a 3 star rating, but i must be honest also. Most people i know are shopping at Aldies and Save- Alots now for food and other stores for clothing. I love Walmart so please make some changes. Start by getting better Managers that make sure we get the help we need instead of having to walk all over the store to find help. Im an elderly lady and i cant reach alot of shelves. Really bad experience the last 2xs ive visited this store. So sorry to send this. I hope i can rate it a 5 star my next visit. I ordered a new tire ($250.31) online since the young man working there could not tell me "Off hand" if he could get me a new tire or how much it would cost, even though he was on a computer trying to sell me a different brand than what I want. (Pathetic) So the tire I ordered online did not come in on the day it was supposed to. Then the delivery date changed to the next day but it still did not come in. Then the following day they said they "Lost the shipment" and the tracking number is no longer valid. SMH. The 800# wants me to wait another few days to "...See if it gets delivered", but Ive already been delayed twice, so Im NOT interested in waiting around to hope it comes in. I want a FULL REFUND RIGHT NOW! Theyve held onto my money long enough already without producing anything for me. After being on hold with the 800# for about 10 minutes total, they promised to put the money back on my debt card within 7 days. (So, Ill be out $250.31 for at least 17 days, if they put the money back when promised). That SUCKS !!

I had planned a trip, and I wanted to use the Grocery Pickup that was offered at this Walmart. I was in the middle of traveling with a youth group, and I had thought this would be a great way to grab all the groceries I would need for the week. I had scheduled my order to be picked up from 6-7pm. I arrived about 6:30pm, even though I had not received a notification that my order was ready. When I arrived and called, I was informed that this particular department was understaffed, and that they would hopefully get to my order soon. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked an associate the status of my order, and I was informed that it would take at least another 45 minutes to complete my order. I cancelled my order, and went inside to pick up the groceries myself. I left Walmart at about 8:15pm. This was a very disappointing experience.
