Love all Ross stores. Their prices are amazingly low, wide variety of items any where from infant - adult clothes & shoes, housewares-electronics. This store for the most part is kept clean and uncluttered. But their personnel lacks so much. They must be told they have to greet everyone who enters store, cause like today I heard a mumbled "welcome to Ross" as the girl wasnt even looking at me but instead was facing other direction bent down getting something from the floor area. They act as if I should be paying them to wait on me ... at the register...cause I never see them while I shopping or asked if I need any help with anything. So store would get 5

Looking for inexpensive home goods, gifts, a new wardrobe, gourmet coffee and condiments then this is a great store. Clean, wide aisles, different assortment of gadgets, personal care items are available. My one grievance is that they never have my shoe size.

Its dirty always a mess. The prices are high, it use to be discounted now theyve raised their prices Id rather drive to T.J Maxx or Kohls.
