Since opening there have been a lot of improvements. The teenage staff can be fairly rude or naive but that is anywhere. The selection is great, good variety, decent pricing. They have an awesome confetti cake. So far bathrooms have always been clean and floors clear. They have a great baby selection (food, diapers, bottles, furniture and such). They have a good variety for people with specific diets and allergies. Check out can be slow but they have self check outs on both sides of the store.

I selected several clearance items but when I finally got to the register, surprise! Many items were regular price. CSM came and checked UPC s which is fair. But three items were stocked on shelves or pegs that were clearly missmarked because the tag said clearance with a price but UPCs didnt match. I dont have time to check every UPC to make sure they are correctly matched. Left without purchasing. A big waste of time.

Walmart is a great place to go cause it has everything that you are looking for.and all the employees are polite and respectful.the prices are cheap everything is organized and in order I think Walmart is great cause like I said it has everything that you need and are looking for to buy and its at a reasonable price keep up the good work.

We ordered online and it said it would be ready at 7am. We show up at 2 on and there is no one that works on the weekends that can "pick" your product. After 30 mins or so a young lady goes and gets our items but we have to pay for these and then cancel our online order and wait for a refund. Aggravating!

Fast for groceries and a few essentials. I did find the clothing selection smaller than other Wal-Marts. Its clean, but theres always people in the grocery section with their dogs, huge turn off for me. Not against dogs, but I am not a dog owner and dont want dogs around my food.

Very nice store. Door greeters are very nice but Ive been here numerous times and have interacted with several floor employees and only one was friendly. Most give looks like you are in their way and bothering them. It is still nice though to have Walmart up this direction.

Need a little bit more selection in certain areas but overall its a pretty well run Walmart. Could use some standardized customer service policies and getting employees on the same page. Overall though cant express any major issues just the occasional annoyance

I always enjoy going to shop at Walmart! The Salem, In store is the most beautiful Walmart store I have ever seen. Ive been shopping at Walmart for 30 years and have been to a lot of them and I know that is a fact. Thanks!

Good Walmart, took 2 years. Middle sized, not overly huge. Its cool, decent computer choices. Clothes section is meh as usual. Nicely cleaned, not overly cleaned though. 4 Stars, more gaming styled computers please.

A new and very nice store that carries a lot of stock. The only draw back is that it is new and they are still setting up some of the stock. So some of the things you are looking for you may not be able to find.

It is both a convenient and familiar place to shop. I found pies that formerly I had to drive to New Albany. I go to Salem more often as it is closer than New Albany.
