Went into Sears looking to buy a washer/dryer set and a refrigerator. We waited for about 10-15 min for an associate to show up, when we finally went to tools and asked the associate for assistance. He said it would be a minute but then he would come help us. We went back and waited another 5-10 mins before calling the store from our cell phone and asking to send someone to assist us, as the tool associate could be seen just standing at his register. He finally arrived to help and we told him what items we were interested in and explained we would be moving in about a month. He kept telling us the items were in stock and we could take them today. He did not understand we did not want them today but were looking for options to pick them up later. After realizing he was no help, we had some other items to purchase and he asked us to go to a different dept as he was the only one working and had another customer to wait on. Thats when we decided to just leave the items there and leave. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

A shame that its closing but after today I think its well deserved. We waited in jewelry after signing in to see a few pieces. After about 40 minutes of waiting I checked the sign in sheet and our name had been crossed off but we hadnt been helped yet. I told the woman working that my name had been crossed off and she looked at me without responding and then proceded to help the other customer. The customer then rudely said that I should have signed in and when I said that I had signed in about 3 spaces before her, both she and the woman working completely ignored me.

I was in the store April 30th, 2016 to look at tool boxes and tools. A young man in the department offered to help me. We moved tool boxes so they could be compared side by side. He looked up prices and availability in the warehouse, etc. I ended up spending 289.00 and felt like I made good choices because of the time spent comparing options and prices in the store. I will be back.

Probably the closest thing to a morgue you can find in a department store. Add in the fact that the Louisville area Sears stores do not believe in using air conditioning on a ninety degree day and no wonder they are losing customers. Add in the stupid checkouts taking 20 minutes to check out 3 people and no wonder people go elsewhere

This place is horrible. They were rude and did not honor their prices. I will always go to JCPenny from here on out. The Penny at the Green Tree Mall is really nice and they have great prices. The service is great also.
