I really love going to our local K-mart. The staff is friendly most of the times. There is a certain customer service person who has been working the Service Desk and she could use an attitude adjustment. I am not sure what is going on but she doesnt seem very happy each time I have been there in the last few weeks. Otherwise, I love it. They have what I have needed and easy to get in and out.

This store is a ghost town. I only went to to it because I didnt want to drive any further. Sales associates are scarce and the cashiers are unfriendly. They will not tell you that you have rewards points to take money off unless you as quickly. The store is outdated and depressing. I will not go back if I can help it.

I get all my prescriptions filled here And the pharmacist are like family, I never feel judged by the prescriptions Im getting. And the shop your way rewards program is awesome allot of the Times I get stuff totally free, I get surprise points e mailed to me at least. Twice a month! I absolutely love this place

Pharmacists Justin and Emily are great. Thats about the only thing great about this store. Open at 9am yet registers dont work then the credit card machine dont work. I pay cash and recite to myself the movie line "Kmart sucks" -yes, rainman you have that 100% right about this Kmart.

The only good thing about this place is that its owned by Sears & has some Sears-brand stuff. Other than that, they very rarely have what Im looking for, it seems somewhat old & dirty, & the customer service is absolutely terrible. I really dont know how theyre still in business.

A little out dated and had the hardest time tryna get customer services for layaway. For the prices i would love to see a upgrade, there is a location a few miles away in Madison that is much better so i suggest you go there for more options and better service.

Stopped by this Kmart specifically to pick up a fathers day gift for my brother-n-law, They had only one of the fragrances in stock but Im grateful this Kmart, b/c many of them are closed. Theyre the only store that actually still carries the cologne I needed.

I like the items available at this location and I am thankful that this Kmart is still in business, due to the selection and reasonable prices; however, what is up with the cashiers guys???!!! -2 Stars for the exhausting wait to get out the door.

Called to inquire about stock of a specific item the associate that took my call was courteous, quick, and informative. Definitely a better experience than the one I had at Walmart. Thank you Kmart employees for being good at your job.

I dont know how this place stays open. We were only customers at night. Husband saw a camera case covered in dust/dirt. The shoe selection is not very good for womens casual dress. Its just a sad store.

Cleanest, most organized Kmart Ive ever been in. Selection wasnt the best and only one cashier for at least 7 ppl in line but they opened up service counter and jewelry eventually to help out.
