Seems to be a typical Walmart that likes to jam out with loud, primarily, 80 and 90s music ("Ice Ice Baby" is playing right now, for example). Supposedly, its "Walmart Radio" though, but Ive never noticed it in other Walmarts. It may be that others have it so low you cant hear it, since it pushes people out of the store. Its more distracting to shop here because of the music and makes me try to be quick at getting out, but for Walmart, its fairly clean. We needed into a dressing room and there wasnt anyone at the desk. However, there was someone working the appeal department. We asked to have it unlocked and she did then said "leave the door open", and as she was walking away said she doesnt want to come back up there, she just wants to go home.

FIRST OF ALL WAL MART IS NO DIFFERENT THAN ANY OTHER STORE THERE IS NO I MEAN NONE AT ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SOMEONE CALLING THE STORE VIA PHONE. THEY WILL PUT YOU ON HOLD AND HELL WILL FREEZE OVER BEFORE A EMPLOYEE WILL GIVE OF THEIR TIME TO ANSWER A SIMPLE PHONE CALL. I JUST HUNG UP AFTER 21 MINUTES ON THE PHONE OF WHICH THE OPERATOR CAME BACK TO THE LINE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN A MANAGER , WELL THIS MAY COME AS A SHOCK TO YOU THEY DONT CARE EITHER. HEY WAL MART INCREASE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET SOMEONE TO BE OF SERVICE TO PHONE CUSTOMERS AND THAT IS ALL THEY DO. MIKE BABSTON MONTGOMERY

Customer Service is consistently poor. It does not seem to matter what day of week, what time of day, what time of year. There are never enough lines open. The self check out is nothing but trouble. Like today, I went to check out and the register did not take cash. I moved to another register rang up my first item, socks, the machine said unexpected item found in baggage area. I could not get it to clear so I required assistance. The lady was assisting another customer that was having trouble. I did not purchase my items as my level of frustration was very high.

Prices wrong on display. Lady at checkout would not change price. Said twice thats what it is ringing up. Then she reluctantly said she could call someone back. Charged more, and when I went to customer service they still didnt want to refund my money until I proved price on display myself with a photo. And still argued with me that it was price per pound, and it was clearly marked price per package. They had a hard time telling the difference. Wow. Ladies bathroom was out of towels and out of soap.

The people in the pharmacy are always rude and they have the most sour expressions on their face. The employees in electronics act as if they have to walk on broken glass when you ask for their help, if you can even get them to help. Electronics never answers the phone. FIRE THEM ALL!! It is ridiculous that customers have to deal with such laziness and ignorance. Whatever happened to requiring employees to function according to high standards?

Management doesnt know labor laws. I was terminated which was against workers compensation law. In Alabama, you can not be terminated when an open and approved workers compensation claim is on your file. When I was terminated, no one informed me of the reason and told me I could not be involved in the process. When I told them I was calling my lawyer, they told me I had to leave immediately.

Just came back for the 3rd time thus week looking for the pot roast that has all the ingredients prepackaged i beef or pork. Still none on the shelf. Gotta head to Winn Dixie as always. Im about to make the decision to stick with Winn Dixie for all my grocery needs. I have never been to Wal Mart and got everything i needed due to lack items restocked on the shelves.

I called this Walmart along with 3 others. The female who answered acted as if I bothered her. When I called a 2nd time she again acted as I was a bother and came back to the phone and said the line is busy , you can hold or call back later. I waited and no one returned to the phone. Then, I called a 3rd time and no one answered at all.

Tried calling for customer service, and both times let it ring over 20 times and no one answered!!! I then tried calling an pushed for electronics, no answer, called deli, no answer, pharmacy, no answer and then pushed for pick up, they picked up the phone and hung up!!!! This is absolutely absurd!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are out of a lot of things they usually carry. Some of the. employees act like it is a priveledge for them to wait on you. Walmart knows they dont have to live up to good service because they know they are cheaper on the products they carry so the customers are pretty well stuck going there.

Simple shopping...as usual the store is never stocked with proper merchandise...now the family has to shop for fresh food at publix...get general merchandise from walmart...praying its on the shelf.....employees were very helpful in helping me find the lights I purchased....so far okay trip

They never have what Im looking for, the aisles are always a mess, the staff is always rude, there arent enough registers open, theres never anyone in the money center and the people designated to self checkout act put out if you ask them to do their job instead of stand around and talk.

This location is small and cramped. If three or four people are in a checkout line, they are literally blocking shoppers in that area of the store. Also, receiving assistance is like pulling your own teeth....it just isnt going to hapoen.

Understaffed especially late at night. Typically only one register open besides self check out. The staff is also not very friendly.and its impossible to find help for a particular department like the fitting rooms.

This Walmart is pretty good. They have different things on sale than the one where I live. Traffic is always horrible, but I suppose in some cases its worth it. Thats why I gave four stars. No fault of Walmart.

Very neat and orderly. Always stocked. I shopped for yarn. Most stores do not keep yarn in order and I have a horrible time finding the yarn marked on the shelf. This location had exactly what was on the shelf.

I used the tire center and they were great they work on my tire it could not be patched so they didnt charge me. Very friendly and they worked on it a very long time. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you
