Employees in the pharmacy are judgemental. I am posting this after months of attitude and glaring looks when I get my monthly meds filled. I even dropped scripts off last night to be filled this morning, and when I called this morning at 11 am, the girl on the phone told me I could not get them until today. Well, yes today lady, thats why I dropped them off last night. So they are not ready yet even though its mid day. Like I said tho, there was definite attitude in her voice. One script is for an antidepressant. I feel like Im being viewed as crazy or dangerous. Ive been on meds for years and had meds filled at many pharmacies and never, ever felt like I was being checked out mentally by anyone in a pharmacy. We are new to the area as of August and Walmart is where Ive chosen to get meds since it seems like I have to go for something every week or so anyway. Other employees in the store go out of their way to be pleasant natured and helpful. A stark contrast to the pharmacy. Im going to find another place to get my meds filled.

Talked with Mr Jabbar, who identified himself as store manager. This location quit stocking Goolsbys sausage patties.. Mr. Jabbar informed me that he made the decision when they "changed seasons" to no longer have this product in their MOD" (what ever that means) He informed that a customer bought the last two boxes 3 weeks ago. The guy in the meat department had already told me this was a seasonal product. (not true) The Wal-mart in Lebanon TN said they had plenty in stock. I appears this Providence store is going down hill rapidly, I will no longer support them. There are too many places to buy from to put up with this crap The Wal-Marts in Lebanon and Hermitage also has Goolsbys sausage. If you are wondering why I am making a big deal about sausage, its because Goolsbys is the best in the world. It is made in Cookeville, TN

Store Pick-Up here is a Joke. The support manager HERE in THIS STore doesnt have minimum customer service courtesy. I was waiting at the PickUp area for 15 mins and no one turns up inspite of continuous requests and buzzes, this support manager turns up after 15 mins and doesnt even apologize for the delay . how arrogant is this ? Walmart is what for you opened up the Pick UP center and all the advertisements ??? I would never ever order PickUp from this Location. I got wrong product given to me and I was again sent to Customer Service counter to return the same . I lost 1 Hr because of your messup of products and I had to pay the price by losing 1 hr of my day at your store. Is this customer service ? is the so called advertised Walmart PickUp. Be honest to yourself at the least.

This is the only Walmart that I am actually happy to shop at. The door greeter Parnell (SP?) is such a ray of sunshine when you walk in the door. He usually has buggies lined up too so it makes shopping easier especially when your arms are full. Anytime Ive ever asked anyone for help they have always stopped what they are doing to gladly help me. There are usually more registers open at this walmart than others that I have experienced too. The only negative is I wished they carried more specialty food items.

What can I say, its Wal-Mart. If you go with high expectations for a great shopping experience youll leave disappointed. On one hand the service sucks but the compromise is that this place is so big and cheap you can usually hit it up and do an entire day worth of shopping in an hour. Occasionally theyll have something "gourmet" in the grocery section but for the most part Wal-Mart only sells what a bunch of people will buy.

Walmart often gets a bad rap, but this Walmart is full of the nicest workers who go above and beyond. The store is also always extremely clean and even the parking lot is well maintained. I also love their Walmart grocery pick up, and Bryce, their main guy is awesome! Hes always gone above and beyond to make sure we get our orders done correctly. Cant say enough good things!

Takes around 30 minutes to get any assistance in electronics. Third time in two weeks I had to wait for assistance. Same with pick-up section, no one is ever there, they tell you your items arent there but they actually are. Other than that the store is great, customer service and all of the cashiers are always nice. McDonalds there makes your food fresh.

The staff at the deli was rude and hateful. Very unprofessional. We were told that we could only get what was written on a board. Acted like it was our fault that they have a little stock. We will never get anything from this Walmart again. I suggest any Other Walmart. Everyone has to be better than this. Dont waste your time.

The produce here its awful, the meat selection is awful (obviously there isnt a butcher on site since everything comes thawed from frozen), and often what you buy one week may not nessesarily be in stock the next. But, if you need other snacks or frozen food, or just household goods its the cheapest place in town.

This is the friendliest Wal-Mart. People always smiling, saying hi, and willing to help. The management needs to schedule the staff better. When there are only 3 lanes open and all of them are backed WAY up, it shows a lack knowledge, interest, and concern for the customers.

Best Walmart Ive ever shopped at in my life!!!! Very friendly staff and the store is ALWAYS clean. I really hated Walmart until I came to this location about 6 months ago for the first time..I come a few times a week now! This store got it right! :)

this Walmart is excellent. its very neat and orderly. we have one in hermitage which is horrible. but this one has lot of items and feels good to shop here. we bought my sons toys and some food items here when we were visiting a friend in Mt Juliet

Dont go here for pickup. Theres no one on duty and theyll say they dont have your items--even when it turns out they do. And thats after you walk through the entire store to get to the pickup area. I shouldve gone elsewhere and will if I can.

Seldom do I complete a shopping list at this location. Most recent visit left Great Value Lemon Juice & Party Size Regular Potato Chips. We are not gonna die without them, but this seems to be the only location that consistently disappoints.

Smaller remodeled Kroger. Employees are always pleasant and check-out is right mix of cashiers and self checkout lanes. Lottery vending machine is the hook for me. No need to wait in Customer Service Line to buy tickets.

I like this walmart a lot VS the one in Lebanon. However they really need to learn how to keep cashiers on staff. There have been too many yimes that I went shopping after 9pm and there was only 1 cashier.
