Maybe today was not my lucky day! The cashier was not very friendly. She had a grouchy face. Not cordial at all. The Younkers at Grand Rapids gives you better deals and the staff is friendly, helpful and if you do not have the coupon they will find one for you. Thats a business mentality!

Horrible customer service. Bought a pair of $24 shoes online and they would not return them 12 days after I received them in the mail because I threw away the shoe box when I opened them. They lost my business because of $24. Cashier was very rude.

Dont waste your time, take your money to Macys, the workers are snotty and rude, its a very small store, very limited or zero selection for designer brands.... Waste of space
