Ordered a phone online through sprint . After more than 4 hours I had to leave for a meeting was told the store would be open until 9 pm. We arrived back at 7:50pm .the same guy who helped me before met me at the door to explanation they closed at 8pm and he had already shut the drawer down so he couldnt do any more transactions until the following day. This is highly unprofessional. You tell me 9pm then close at 8 and actually close at 7:40

Nobody else had the iPhone 4 at that time either Matt. It was a hard to find phone. I was able to get one within 30 days. Also, they didnt offer pre-orders, they only offered reservations, and if you dont go in for your reservation, they give it to someone else. Next time show up for your reservation and youll probably get one.

Completely useless staff with no technical ability. Surprising lack of radios, you would think they would have a good selection and variety, more of a novelty than a complaint. This chain hasnt heard of Amazon yet, soon they will be crushed by them, very soon.

I pre-ordered an iPhone 4 on June 15th and its July 15th and the self proclaimed "Home of the iPhone" still has non in stock for me. Give me a break. Dont promise something you cant fulfill.

Closed now. But it was an ok store especially if you needed an obscure cable or some electronic supplies. Prices were too high for my liking though.

I love RadioShack for encouraging STEM awareness and tools for all. The worker, maybe store manager, wasnt very pleasant, though.
