I would give zero stars if I could. When I went to the checkout I was asked for my phone number. I told them I dont give out that information. Then they asked if I was paying with cash or a credit card. I said credit. Then they proceeded to say that in order to use a credit card they needed a phone number and an address. I said no way and walked out. Never in over 30 years of using a credit card have I ever been asked for my address or phone number at any place of business. I dont know what kind of scam ABC is running (Im assumig they wanted to put me on some mailing list then turn around and sell my name) but I will never set foot in the store again and I will tell anyone I know not to shop there either. Im writing this in the parking lot of Best Buy. They will appreciate my plastic.

This store is amazing. I stopped by ABC Warehouse to see what kind of receivers they had for my home theater. They had some pretty decent stuff, Denon, Yamaha and Onkyo. Onkyo is what I went with (love it by the way). What was even better was their incredible service I had an issue and they were extremely attentive and took immediate measures to make sure the issue was rectified. ABC went above and beyond where they needed to go to make it right. They didnt give me anything free or anything silly like that but I got a heck of a good deal on a great product. I will and do recommend all of my friends to shop here.

Tried to buy a digital camera from a newspaper ad. Was there when the store opened, went to where the cameras were at, absolutely in disarray and no one would wait on me. I finally asked a guy to help me with the camera, he said"I have to get the keys" he then disappeared never returned. Disgusted I was walking out, another salesperson says " did you find what youre looking for?" I told him no that I couldnt get any help, he then turned around and walked away. How this place is still open is baffling. Absolutely the worst store EVER!

Went to get a remote car start installed was supposed to be a 2 hour job it took 4.5 hours absolutely insane then when there were done the car would not start at all I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, what a nightmare, to be honest I wouldnt care if they closed the doors on it tomorrow and everyone lost their jobs

I am sure this place is great, but my first experience was not. I went to purchase a DVD player and after several hours of different discs and messing around with it, the message was always the same, "bad disc" - I even used brand new, freshly opened DVDs with no luck. The staff seemed kind, not pushy at all and attentive.

Never have items advertised for sale. Always try to upsell you to a more expensive item without giving you a raincheck on the item for sale. Never offering to discount the more expensive item in stock for the item theyre advertising for sale even though its not your fault theyre not stocking that item.

Bad, bad experience bought a washer and TV washer 3 months and TV less than 3yrs both are not working. . I called and they more less told me you are on your own. The washer was replaced I had to go through Corporate to get a refund, jus5hosed in the 50 inch. I wuold advise no one to shop there.

Had a good experience working with Dave today. He helped me get the stereo system for my boat that I came in for. He beat the price that Best Buy had on the stereo and even gave me a little extra off the speakers. This was my first time buying from ABC, Ill be back.

My wife and I bought a Midea refrigerator from here not too long ago, not only was our salesperson Rodney, was very helpful and heaven helped us get a lower price on it with free delivery! We are very pleased with our experience here and will be shopping here again!

I would rate 0 stars if I could. They said they would deliver 11am and 4pm. It is now going on 6pm and they are still not here. Very rude when I called about delivery. If I pay for a service I expect it to be done. Never spending my money here again.
