Tonia was very nice and patient with me and my many, many questions. She was helpful in suggesting the best system for our needs. With the 10% discount my insurance company offers combined with the "pay for 10 months and get 12," it is VERY inexpensive. Buddy and Jesse were great, too!!! They did a nice job installing the system and explained in detail how to operate it. Everyone I have spoken with at NCSS has been very polite and helpful to me.
