Absolute worst shopping experience of my life. I wanted 2 adult bicycles, and the ones I wanted were not on the floor. I went to customer service and was told they couldnt help. In other words, customer service cant provide customer service. I went to the pickup desk to order what I wanted and was told they couldnt help. I was told to go to electronics to order bicycles. I went to electronics and was asked by the donkey butt there "What does electronics have to with bicycles?". I wondered the same thing. I went home and ordered what I wanted online. I was called the next morning and told they had 1 of the bikes in the back. I went over and it took them over 45 minutes to find it. 5 days later I received and email that the other bicycle was in. I called to make sure it was assembled, an order request and was told no. Maybe half an hour to do the assembly. Before I arrived, I received a call telling me the bike was damaged. I requested they get another one in for replacement and was told they could not do that. WTF not? So I had to go over to Walmart again to sign the return and get a refund. Could not order the replacement there, I had to come home and do that. Walmart has no idea what customer service even means. Clueless. Thats four trips to get 2 bicycles and I still only have one. I expect at least 2 more trips before I actually acquire the other bicycle. I believe Walmart should train their employees rather than simply put them on the floor unable to accomplish anything other that "I cant, or I dont". Seymour is the most mismanaged Walmart in Indiana. Ive shopped in many others, none worse.

I have lived in this area for about a year now and this is one of the worst Wal-Mart stores I have been in. Most of the time the workers are rude; I assume this is because they are overworked since there are never enough workers. There is never anyone working the Money Center. So if you need a money order you have to wait in line at the service desk; the cashier then has to walk down to the Money Center and retrieve it. There is hardly anything in stock when you need it. They dont carry a lot of the goods that can be found in other stores since it is quite a small store, even though it is a "Supercenter". Luckily there are plenty of other places in the area to shop at, but when you need something in the middle of the night it is the only place open you have to go there. Overall I believe this falls to poor management and a shoddy company.

We were traveling from the Chicago are to Florida along I-65. We got a screw in a tire and it was losing pressure. We ended up going to the Walmart auto center. The manager at the Seymore Walmart auto center was very nice. She said the repair would take 25 minutes. Very nice woman and great staff in the automotive department. We were on a time schedule, and they repaired our flat tire quickly. We even struck up a conversation with the manager. She noticed my parents accents. She asked about were my parents were from. I said Germany. She told us how her grandfather used to train police K-9s with German commands. A very nice lady. We had a long conversation with her. The people here really helped us get back on the road fast. They were also professional and friendly.

I WENT THERE TODAY ASKING FOR ELECTRIC CART!!! None to be had!! Grocery carts all out in the parking lot!! But no handicap carts!! You MISSED OUT OF GETTING MY MONEY. I USUALLY SPEND BETWEEN $100 and $250 each time I GO!! CORPORATE NEEDS TO SUPPLY SOME VERY ACCESSIBLE ELECTRIC CARTS NOW. THERE ARE GOING TO BE MORE AND MORE SENIOR CITIZENS, "BABY BOOMERS" NEEDING ASSISTANCE. YOUR STORE IS SO SPREAD OUT. PEOPLE TELL ME ITS TOO SPREAD OUT FOR THEM TO WALK IT!! Get a bunch of carts like Scottsburg, IN, did after I contacted corporate headquarters about 2 or 3 years ago!! You need BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICES!! Come on now. Help us out!! Sue

Employees are the absolute worst here. Just high school employees running around the store with their buddies who also got a job there, asked for help and they were "busy". Couple minutes later saw them kicking a soccer ball in the sports section.... Everything resulted in me helplessly wondering the store trying to find an item. Thanks Walmart. Also heard that some dude sat on the floor of the store nude performing an effuge on Walmart. On top of all of that, all the rough people come here. Consider going somewhere else for your grocery needs...

Last week my friend and I went into Walmart to grab a few things. It was about eleven thirty. There was only one register open and I didnt feel like waiting in that long line when I only had four items. However, when I went to the self check out lane all of the registers said cards only, no cash. The least they could do is have all of shelf check outs open and available for cash or credit if they are too cheap to pay for cashiers to work third shift!!! This is the worst Walmart in my opinion and I avoid it whenever possible.

I just moved from Philadelphia not too long ago and I live in Seymour no more than a year and every time I shop at this Walmart I always feel like I never should come here the people they are just so rude you better not even ask them for some kind of assistance because they will have an attitude on their face like youre bothering them. All Im trying to say is if you need some help you better ask the customers because theyre much more nicer than the employees . An underpaid or not they should be glad they have a job

Order something online received email that it was ready when I got there after driving 50 miles because they were the only store who said it was in stock they tell me oh no we refunded you the money we dont have it. What crap every other Walmart I had ordered from cancelled order never sending a email saying its ready for pick up. Then they did try to help but if the person who was responsible for pulling item had pulled it before sending out email that would never have happened.

Only place in town! They have self checkout, so you can get in an out quickly! *BONUS INFO-If you are disabled ...they usually have the motorized scooters charged (you can leave your wheelchair/walker at customer service also ) ..I mean know what to expect...if you go on a Saturday/Sunday afternoon when EVERYONE is there you might run into a problem. However if you go just about any other day/late night you usually have a few to choose from! =0)

The carts are always crappy if there are any inside and not all in the parking lot. The bathrooms are usually gross. But that being said it is a Wal-Mart but nowhere near as nice as the Bedford or Columbus stores however, nowhere near as swanky as the Scottsburg store. Dont even think about buying fish for your aquarium here unless you have hours to spend waiting for assistance.
