The quality of work was poor and incomplete, after spending $1000 buying car audio system my radio am/fm was not hooked up, the additional aux connection was never initially hooked up and I had to return a day latter to hook it up, also my headphone ports no longer worked anymore, the rear controls for the DVD player no longer worked and still do not work ,with no attempt to further repair there mistakes and managements lack in the ability resolving these issues, of offer alternatives refund the money for certain items purchased, Ive been left with no other option than to go have these mistakes repaired by a different company, to correct the mistakes made by abc technicians due to lack of knowledge.... leaving me feeling scamed and cheated and without the problem ever being resolved

Dont buy the extended warranty (expecting their "half back" offer) and dont ever get something installed in your car. I never used the warranty for my floor model TV, and they seem to go out of the way to make sure you dont get your 50% store credit. My wifes car started only worked for a limited time, then stopped. It works unexpectedly these days, and her car compass has never been the same since. Nevermind the awful experience waiting for the car to be done with an overworked and seemingly double-booked install crew (competent or not). Three strikes. I dont plan on going back ever. And this has been a few years now.

I have avoided this store due to "used car" tactics in the past and decided to buy car stereo on recommendation of a friend. Walked in 12/27/11 at 6pm and it was the WRONG CHOICE! I was directed to auto section and ignored by three employees. Not a hello, let us know if we can help, nothing. Manager was not in store and employees were doing whatever they wanted. With $300 dollars cash to spend I will go someplace else and be sure to give a tip if someone greets me. Horrible service, poor choice of conversation that could be heard and too lazy to get a commission in a down economy. Never again.

Whose brilliant oh so customer-friendly idea was it to have EXCLUSIONS on which $199 in spending gets you a "celebration" cake? Some guy is standing at the cash register with his $600 computer, and you tell him sorry you cant have a cake. How much did the cakes cost you? How much WILL they cost you in lost good will if you actually do, in real life, exclude people? Slap your marketing people upside the head, this is oh my gawd BAD.

Very friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They offer quality products, at an affordable price. They were very willing to work with my budget. As a mom, that was very appreciated! They went over and above to help me, which you dont get too often anymore! I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend ABC Warehouse to anyone looking for new appliances!

Great group of managers a day great guy that helped us get our new TV, couch and dishwasher this last week. There were a few hiccups but Tony Lackie was great and helped out and fixed it all. Thanks to all the employees that helped and took care of us Tony was the main person who sold us everything and did a wonderful job.
