Awesome customer service. Bryan and Claudio where AWESOME!! The staff are super friendly and the place itself is amazing. They have a kid zone for the little ones to play. The Restrooms are on point equipped with all the main necessities. It feels very homey, the toilet paper hanging is not the annoying industrial one, its actually a normal toilet paper and hanging. The sink is not the push industrial water by time its a normal elegant home sink. The only industrial equipments are the soap, that functions perfectly, and the hand dryer which gave me abit of trouble to dry my hands with the motion detection but still worked perfectly. The main room has a café stand with many options of creamers and sugars, plenty of cups and napkins too. Theres two water fountains with cold water. And you wont believe they have theyre own POPCORN MACHINE! Incredible! Warm buttery popcorn at your disposal. They have a rest area with sofas and coffee tables and a big flat TV! Did I mention the staff is friendly? YES! They check up on you with welcoming smiles every now and then to make sure your comfortable, as if the popcorn and home sofas and TV arent enough comfort XD. All in all the place is great they just need to work on the deals for people that dont have much $$$ or trade ins, but other than that ITS A GREAT PLACE! Come visit DriveTime and review the place yourself maybe even leave in your brand new car or Used car!

My boyfriend and I visited DriveTime yesterday for a new car as our old beat up truck was finally kicking the bucket. I knew they worked with low/no credit but honestly, I thought we would be laughed out the door. We met with Denise and Mark and they immediately did what they could to help us. We felt welcome and at no point did we feel inferior or pressured. They took our less than ideal situation and recent year of terrible luck and completely turned it around. They did everything we could to get us into our new 2007 Ford Focus that day. They worked with our budget and even took our truck to help with the down payment. I never thought we would be able to get to the point where we would be able to finance and buy a reliable car. I was fully in a panic and Denise and Mark eased that and truly went out of their way to help. This may sound completely cheesy, but they have no idea the impact they made on the quality of our lives and my outlook on life. I would recommend DriveTime Kissimmee to anyone. Thank you again!

2017- drivetime did it again! My car was deemed a total loss by my insurance company. I had Gap insurance through the financing company with Drivetime. And everyone has been so helpful! Kind, patient and supportive. It is the best car buying experience Ive had. 2016- Erika greeted me with honest warmth when I walked in and she set me up to work with Jonathan who just made me feel so comfortable. He was kind and listened to my needs in a car. He gave me great options. And even let me pick my own car possibilities (they honestly were soooo not as good as his choices. Lol. But he let me try them anyway) in the end I took his choice. And Im elated! It is an AMAZING CAR! More than I hoped to get. Go to Drive Time. Ask for Erika and Jonathan! And you will see. Heck. Even if you dont need a car just go see what I say is true! This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had! Tell them I sent you. Lol cause I told them I would tell everyone. :) I want them to know Im true to my word.

My husband and I came here to buy a vehicle. We were pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service that Felix provided us. He took his time he did not rush us he was very informative and helpful. Most of all he was smiling and in an up beat mood and willing to help. He made the process simple and smooth. He helped my husband to have the majority of everything done by the time he even walked in the door. If theres anyone DriveTime needs it is Felix. He is a great asset to the company and even should get a raise or a promotion because of his great customer service. He should be rewarded!!! Visited Store to Test Drive 2016 Nissan Rouge. At first vehicle looked great. Took it on a test drive and was substandard. Inspected under the hood and the latch was broken. Engine shook out of control in an abnormal fashion. Interiors were cleaned but had the smell of an Old Irish Pub with cigar and cigarette smoke all over. Pics look great but the reality was another. Always look under the hood, take your mechanic with you. A 24,000 price tag for a a 2016 With 25K miles on the odometer just doesnt add up. Also, Seriously Misled from the Pheonix office on taking on a 2nd car only to find out the local manager has the say on who buys what. Manager needs to go back to training. ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS and Truly and No Customer Service Event. AVOID DRIVETIME KISSIMMEE LOCATION. You will thank me later.

First things first. The place ,the staff are the best. My experience was out standing, if you ever want a good deal and people that wont jerk you. This is the place to go. And theres one particular dealer and his name is Mr. Rupert. His the go to guy. This man will go out his way to make sure that not only would your experience in dealing with him will be great ,but you will leave with a car for a fare price. And he wont jerk you around. Trust me I dealt with him. And he works hard to get you what you need and want. The staff is out of this world and they make you feel like family. So if your looking for a car go to drive time Kissimmee. Trust you will be happy. I know this for a fact. Cause Im good with my deal. And now I have an extended family.

I felt so confident I had finally found a trustworthy dealership after reading all the 5 star reviews. I applied online and was approved for $21K. I followed up with a phone call to the dealership and was told my application looked great. I explained I didnt have much for a down payment and told them the specific vehicle I wanted. They told me my application looked so good they could get me into that $15K vehicle without a problem with the down payment I could afford, and that they work with all customers to meet their individual needs. I wasted 3 hours of driving time and gas money for them to tell me I needed a $6K down payment and they couldnt get it any lower. Ive been to super sleazy BHPH who were way more honest than these crooks!

Once again I had a very positive experience purchasing a vehicle. What can be a long drown out process was seamless from walking in with initial greeting, test drives and then finalizing paperwork. Claudio has a great personality making the process easy. No pressure to buy. It was all about what I wanted and needed. The Sales Manager, Roberto added to the positive outlook. Very open, engaging and explained what needed to happen. Personable, professional are are the easy way to describe the finalization of my purchase. It was simplified and no stress.
