My husband and I just bought a Suzuki SX4 from Anthony. Our experience at Highland Auto Sales was great! Anthony is an honest and straight forward type of guy, traits that you typically do not find in most car sales men. Both him and his business partner were very friendly, super helpful and very accommodating to our car buying needs. This type of thing is usually avery stressful one but Anthony made car shopping/buying a good experience for us. He was very patient with us and not pushy at all, something we greatly appreciate. We have had our car now for a little over a month, it runs great and we love it! Prior to our purchase, Anthony let us test drive the car and take it to our mechanic to have it looked at, they didnt find anything wrong with the car. Which is just what Anthony had told us :) He sells good reliable cars, I will DEFINITELY be recommending him to our friends and family. Thank you Anthony for all your help.

We drove all the way to Boone 2 hours and 45 minutes away and didnt take the truck on Saturday because Anthony lied to us about some work he said he had done to the truck. Then several calls were made back and forth today with Anthony and my husband they come to an agreement and we were going to pick it up Thursday.Anthony just text and said someone else came by and he just sold it. I wonder if the person he sold it too is aware of the problems the truck had like we do. This is such bad business its a shame you cant take a person for their word! My first impression wasnt that great from the get go because his business opened at 10 and he would meet us there he arrived 45 minutes later saying he overslept. Bad business when you cant take someone for their word!

If there was a way to leave less then one star I would. My advise to a prospective buyer... run. Do not buy a vehicle from these two. I was assured I was purchasing a car that was mechanically sound. I was told it may need a tuneup. On the way home I noticed roughness. Got the tuneup. A few days later. Figured out the problem. My transmission went out. 3800. They refused to help me. Talk with me. Or even sympathize .... they said they didnt know what I had done with the car since I had it. Awful people. They must have a lot of family who post 5 stars.

Ive been looking at cars on this lot for several months. Every encounter Ive had with Anthony has been reassuring and positive. Hes given me good advice on different kinds of cars. Today I finally bought a 2006 CRV for my son. Anthony was very friendly, honest, and open about anything the car needed. I like that their cars typically have only had one previous owner and no accidents. I look forward to doing business with him when my daughter needs a car!

We purchased a 2003 Honda Pilot from here in March 2015. We live in Gastonia, NC and priced vehicles in Gastonia, Boone, Hickory, and Charlotte. We ended up coming back to Highland. Very trustworthy. Fair, no pressure, no games, and very friendly. I hate the car buying process because its hard to trust many of these places. But I would HIGHLY recommend Highland for the above reasons.

They were beyond helpful!!!!! Went out of their way to put me in the car wanted. I went by, then the next day they called to tell me they had found a car for me! They gave me full trade in value for my car and even put me in touch with an awesome local bank to finance through. They were so helpful! I would give Highland Auto a million stars if I could. Anthony (the owner) went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about the car I ended up buying. This was my first automobile purchase, so I had a TON of questions for him, but he was very nice and patiently walked me through the whole process. Great experience!

Exceptional support from the manager (John) who clearly went out of his way to check out the car and make sure it was in perfect condition when he sold it to me--body and mechanical looked and felt new when we got it. My wife has been driving it and is thrilled. Will use again. Highest recommendation.
