I purchased an 04 GMC Envoy from them in August 2015 and 9 days later the transmission went out on me on the interstate. It was sent to be rebuilt after having it for another 9 months the transmission went out again. My advice, I know one car can be a piece of junk and can leave someone feeling mad, upset, or angry but I know 4 other people who have purchased a car through this place and all 4 people have had something majorly wrong with their vehicle. I took it up there in between the 9 months I had it for a "low oil pressure" light and sit on the bench outside and 3 other people not including the 4 people I personally know was telling me how their car was messed up. One lady said hers even caught on fire. When my transmission went out on me the first time they called their self giving me a "loaner" vehicle while mine was being fixed and it didnt make it off the interstate in Gaffney from their office and was broke down. I called Deeno and he said if I could make it back to Spartanburg in the "loaner" car he would put me in another "loaner". I have had to miss so many days of work in the 9 months I had my Envoy due to the transmission. Needless to say I sent it back after Leanords Transmission in Spartanburg would only give me a 1000 mile warranty on the second rebuilt transmission. If u have a good work record and do not want to miss work or be stuck on interstate I suggest do not go here.

I just bought my car a week ago and now it wont start..i really dont know whats going on. I have kept plenty of gas in it and ive checked the oil i have only been going back and forth to work and church and to the store. I even paid for a new starter because thats what we thought the problem was. I jumped the battery and everything. I dont think the warranty will cover it because it only said for transmission. I really dont have any money right now to get it fixed but It makes a clicking noise when i try to turn it on but it wont crank, the lights and radio still come on so i dont think it is the battery anyway. I dont understand I thought it would be a really good car. The only problem when i got it was the gas hand didnt work unless i taped it. The salesman that sold it to me was nice. My sister called mr. Larry and explained to him what was going on he was a little smart at first but he said he would check it out for me .im just so sad right now because this was my first car i spent all of my hard earned money on it..and if they cant fix it i dont think i can get my money back. But they were very nice to me when i went up there and they really worked with me but. I just dont like the fact that i just got the car last week and now it wont start

If I could give them negative stars, I would. This place is full of crooks looking to take advantage of you and take all of your money and leave you with a car that is worth nothing and is unsafe. The dealership lied to me about the car being wrecked, sold it to me at inflated prices, lied about the warranty, charged me ridiculous interest, and lied about the term of the loan. The wheels in the car have fallen off three times, the air conditioning doesnt work, the exhaust is messed up and you can hear the car from a mile away, it shakes, the frame is bent, is been spray painted, the bottom is rusted out, the carpet isnt attached to the floors, I could go on. I have already paid over $7,000 for this car and I cant get the dealership to call me back. They are also very harassing. I pay $280 a month for a car that I cant sell for $1,000 and once i was two days late on a payment and they threatened calling my job and coming to find me! The owners last name is Gibson, so that should tell you something right there. Stay away unless you want to be completely taken advantage of like I have been! Now I have no money and no safe car for my small children to ride in. Auto center is disgusting.

Place full of scammers...I went to just look at a car then I asked the salesmen for a price on a GMC truck he proceeded to tell me I had to fill out an application and then they could tell me after sitting there for some time and seeing something didnt seem right I asked the man where my ID was so I could go he tells me the salesmen left the lot with my ID and that buying a car takes time I told him I never said I was buying anything and I defiantly wont be getting anything from them now so I would never suggest anyone go here very shady people

They told us anything to get us down there. First they told us that we could ride home with 550 down. When we go back, they wanna say 1500 down. On one of the cars they had on the window 800 down ride out today. That one came back with 2000 down. Larry also told me on the phone that they didnt check credit. That was a lie. They check. Our sales guy Josh was very helpful. But once the process starts, it all goes down hill.

Bought a car told it was a good car. After I left the yard, got on the highway, didnt even make it 20 miles. Any car should make it 24 hrs. It was souped up just to get it off the lot. Called them back to let them know what happened, they could care less....Wouldnt even give me any of my money back. Their nice yeah, I see now their cars are junk..wouldnt recommend buying there. Share this with everyone you know...

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Ive had my jeep for 6 month and its been in the shop 4 time. The "warranty" is a joke. Ive spent more fixing the vehicle than its even worth. I pay great, i even double up my monthly payments and they still wont work with me. Im ready to get this paid off, the only reason i still have it is because i dont want a repo on my credit. BUYERS BEWARE!

I have PTSD and showed my tail one day here for no reason. The staff here talked to me and helped me even though I had a bad attitude, Thank you Auto Center Staff. They helped me with a smile and fixed my problem which wasnt a problem if I had only spoke to them. I will tell everyone of Auto Center and send them here for kind,courteous service.

They suck real bad. I try to take my Honda truck there to trade it for a fuel economy car and they told me I had to put down 2000 for the car and then without the trade 1200 down hell to the nah not for no economy car. I would not recommend nobody to go there they STINK!!! And Very Salty!!!
