DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE THE SALES PEOPLE TRY TO ACT LIKE THEY DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH THE CARS ON THE LOT. WHICH THEY DO THEY JUST WANT SOMEONE TO BUY THEM. MANAGEMENT IS A TALL HEAVY SET DUDE NAMED NICK WHO IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL BECAUSE HE IS THE OWNER. HE A MONEY HUNGRY SHARK ALL THE CARS ARE MOSTLY LEMONS OR NEED EXTENSIVE WORK. THAT THEY RIG UP TO WORK UNTIL YOU TAKE IT HOME THEN THEY CANT HELP YOU BUT STILL WANT MONEY . WHAT A DEAL HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST CAR LOT IN CLEVELAND AND IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME BUY A CAR FROM THEM AND SEE . BUT REMEMBER I WARNED YOU FIRST IT WILL BE THE WORST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE ... THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR

do not purchase a car from this place they sell nothing but lemons the owner will not get on the phone or talk with you in person stay away from this place unless you really to buy a headache I wish I knew how to post pictures because I show you guys the trash they sold us so for me to you please stay away from this place. Ps. The owner hides behind the black dude and the black dude act like he dont know nothing so please people stay away from this poor excuse for a car lot

I bought a van from there 3 weeks ago and the transmission died. I talked to the black guy and got no help. He did not want to resolve the issue, so I called Carl Monday, and the BBB. The BBB is on the case and I have not got a return call from Carl Monday yet. Stay away from these lemon-sellers and report them, so we can get rid of these types of fraudulent dealers.

Nothing but lemons. I encountered another person who also purchased 3 vehicles all on which took a dump. I personally purchased 2 myself being young and naive. Never again will I step foot there. I call when I have an issue no one responds I calm and tell then Im not paying the note and the have a repo man out there the very next day. Very poor customer service!

The service was poor they didnt have proper record keeping repod our car and began adding on more cash to our bill we kept paying to get back but it seemed like our bill got higher and higher with every payment and there shop looks like they can barely handle suspension work not the mechanic the shop area

will never go back to this place they are no good for nothing. and to my suprise they sold me a car and repo it then had the balls to tell me that they aprove of their employees telling customers fo lose their home over a peice of junk.
