Just an Horrible Experience I figured if I go here the cars would be up to par my suv need over $2000 in mechanical repairs within 2 months Which put me behind in a payment 1 month of an a payment. So they repossessed my truck. I explained why I was late Miguel really didnt care. I paid my 1 month plus $200 repossession fee . My truck still smokes need oil added every 2 months and wont go past 50 mph. Yes they will go half with you on repairs but they will not give you a loner car and will not give you your car until all repair fees and car payments are paid in full

I got a car at deal time from Johny when my last one was totaled and had been to many bad credit buy here pay here type lots. I would either get a crappy car that I hated or it ran like crap and was unreliable. When I got my car at deal time they gave me a great car and stood behind everything they said theyd do when I bought it. Anyone looking for a new car should go to deal time and speak to Johny or Kirby theyll get you in a car that is reliable and affordable.

Dave was AWESOME!! He was very helpful and thorough! Chris is the man!!! They sell you good quality vehicle. YES it is true that you pay more due to the interest, but you can be sure that their vehicle are great quality and they will work with you in time of need. I have a 2006 Ford Explorer and I drive 500 miles a week... my Ford is still good as new!!! of course I do regular maintenance but seriously!! for those like me with bad credit this is the place to go!!!!

Great experience from both the Orlando and Lakeland locations. I have 2 cars from the Lakeland store and Chris has made the buying very fair and easy to work with. Another aspect is peace of mind when you buy a car. Knowing you have the warranty with them and they back it up. They also have good cars and well maintained worth every penny knowing the used car market. Will definitely be back for years to come...

Stay FAR FAR AWAY! Ever since Bill Sr. Left the company things have gone way down hill. Dave at the Lakeland store has HORRIBLE people skills, and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Says that we are past due but bank statements show a payment made every other week! And we have paid extra on the payment since the first payment! I will be calling the DMV Compliance Office!

Really disappointed in these guys, I came from the Bearss dealership called them today and they told me I have almost $100 late fee, every week its something else. Im started to doubt the legitimacy of these "late fees" then to top it off the guy wasnt even willing to talk about it saying he has more customers to take care of. Incredible.

I went there to get a car. The car mess up the same day i got it. Then tell me to drive the car for a couple of days. The car get worse and I take it to get fixed. They tell me I owe them for fixing the car I didnt even had it for 9 days this place sucks.
