So in response to my review below "owner" for me to call the Dealership, really me call. Listen Regal I am not the one with #1 Bad lying customer service #2 why should I call a dealership that wants to treat myself and wife like they did. You as the "Owner" should train Sales Representatives to treat customers better and STOP THE CAR DEALERSHIP LYING. ZERO RATING HORRIBLE - We were interested in a 2015 Chevy Impala or a Dodge Charger Found it at Regal Sent interested in to internet sales, was ask to give Social Security numbers for myself and wife. Chris told me both cars I text him on would work for loan. I explained about credit , pay off of balance of prior loan. The day we are headed to dealership Chris called in sick a person named Matt calls me to advise mehe will be taking over to get me taken care of. So I explained everything again to Matt. Matt yhen says well since your driving from Clermont I will call you back. He called and said the cars that I was told would work for loan was not going to work. He then explains what he can get me i to. We went from a 2015 Chevy Impala and Dodge Charger to a smaller cheaper Hyundai or a Nissan. What??? We had for down payment and payments. Was told all looking good, come in and we could finalize the deal. Came in, nothing was even started. After submitting all information, was told not best but looking good and those 2 cars, will work. Well after telling them my situation so I did not want to waste there time. But Chris said John I can get deal done come in and we will get the loan done.text messages from Chris below Chris says-Okay that vehicle will work when will you be able to come in and see it I said- Thursday my wife gets out of work at 2:00 so hopefully around 3pm. What do you need us to bring ? Chris-Drivers license insurance if you have current paycheck stubs and proof of residency utility bill Me-Kk we will Chris-Okay great then Ill see you 2:30 Thursday look forward to meeting you Me-Same here. What about Down paymet. $500 and trade payoff $1800.00 and payment $300 ish ? Chris-Yes we will work all that out no problem when you get here So after talking to Matt now and never went there because everything changed Me to Chris because he was "Sick" Hate to bother you I was told your sick, I talk to Matt at your dealership prior to my wife and I driving all the way to Lakeland from Clermont and he tells me the Charger or Impala we spoke about would not be possible , he tells me some BS on he has to keep me at $13,9k. So why was I told you could get it done? Very Disappointed in all of this. When I am ready to buy a car again. Regal is not the place I will be going too. Again very disappointing and a waste of time Chris- I thought it was understood that you were approved for 14000 plus your down payment and the equity in your trade which puts you right around 300 ish a month the charger would have been too expensive and we had talked about Malibu 16 minute had to be a four-door sedan Remember John we also went from $1,000 down - 500 Me-No I can forward text messages from you. In regards to stock numbers and Vin of car . All good thanks Chris-I apologize for misunderstanding We have an approval on that vehicle for approximately $14,000 financed with equity in your trade we did not see and 500 to $1,000 down It would have depended on the trade there was an approval on that car you would have to finance across my 14000 plus tax and license different cars depend on thumb pain and equity and trades I had common respect to say I did not want to waste their time. They lie PERIOD I WILL FIX MY CREDIT TIME I WANTED TO BUT THEY KEPT CALLING AND SAID ALL OF ABOVE NO REPECT FOR WASTING MY TIME

My husband and I traveled from Tampa to my former employer at Regal Honda to purchase a 2014 Honda Accord from their new Honda dealership and we received excellent service. I trusted this company as I previously worked with them for over two years and trusted their business and work ethic. This brought us back to the dealership to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from their used car sales department. We purchased a 2011 Certified Pre-Owned Honda CR-V from used car sales. We traded in our Honda Fit and drove home our CR-V without doing finance paperwork. We were advised that our paperwork would be ready to sign the next day and that our salesman would bring he paperwork to us to complete so we didnt have to drive back out to Lakeland to complete it. After two days of no phone calls regarding our paperwork we called the dealership to see what the hold up was. I was transferred to the sales manager, Anthony Givens. Anthony advised us that our financing hadnt been completed yet which is why we hadnt received a call back for the paperwork to be complete. Another couple of days go by and we call the dealership again. I speak with Anthony who acts like he has no idea what I am calling about and claims that he "has not been working this deal so he will need to figure out what is going on and call me back." Needless to say, I had to call the dealership an upside of 10 times to figure our what was going on. After a week our paperwork was completed (after driving back to the dealership twice) and we took home our Certified Honda. Now, months later, our door locks are malfunctioning and I took my CR-V to Tampa Honda to have them checked out. I am advised upon arrival that our CR-V is not certified, though all of my paperwork that I signed at Regal states that it is. Obviously this is highly irritating and seems as though our problems with Regal are continuing to haunt us. I have placed four calls to Regal. The first to Anthony who advised that "his Service department must not have actually pushed the car through Certification" a second call the next day to be advised that "Anthony is not available to speak to however, he has spoken to service and the issue was taken care of and should show up within 24-48 hours, a third call three days later to let them know that I had spoken to my service advisor at Tampa Honda and the CR-V is still not showing as Certified, and I was advised by Regal that "the desk is extremely busy since it is the end of the month and they wont be able to talk with me right now but they will ensure that it is handled. Now, four days after my last call and two weeks after my initial call, my problems are still unsolved and now my doors are not locking at all. I will never refer anyone to this dealership nor will I ever return to their service or sales department again. I am disgusted by the low level of service they provided to us and I am sure Mr. Campisi and Sal would be just as disgusted if they knew about this experience. I would never suggest anyone step foot in to this dealership for any new or used car needs.

Amazing...I hate to right internet reviews but this dealership left me no choice. I emailed everyone including the owner and got one phone call from the salesman and that was it. Below is the email I sent to 7 people in management and sales at Regal Automotive and got no response. It is amazing how fast they respond if you want to purchase a car but how the do not respond at all if you have a problem. Letter below! Sonny, I am in receipt of your letter dated 1 June thanking me for buying a Kia and asking if I had “A Different Experience” Below lays out my experience with Regal Automotive Group. 1. Took over 6 hours to drive away in the car even though I had financing before I arrived. Huge backlog at the financing office cause severe delays. Made me sit in the lounge for over 3 hours waiting to close the deal. I know it a Kia and not a BMW but that seems a little extreme. 2. Upon closing the deal they could not find the car. They left me standing outside for 40 minutes. The manager made a page but had little concern. When I went back into the office and asked where is the car the manager told me it was in detail. The car had been sent to detail over 3 hours beforehand. He was just telling me something to make me go away. The care was found at the Chevrolet dealership. An apology may have been nice. 3. Then once the car arrived there was no gas it in it. The assigned a guy that barely spoke English and told me to follow him to the gas station. No Kidding!!!!! He was confused and asked me the customer what he was supposed to do. I went back in to the manager again and he paged for any salesman. No one showed up so he took off in the vehicle to fill the tank. 4. Told the salesman I drive over 800 mile a week and picked the Kia for it ratings and gas mileage. What vehicle today does not have cruise standard? The FORTE! I did not notice the vehicle did not have cruise until I started my commute yesterday. OMG what a shock. It is my fault but a good sale reprehensive would have explained what I was giving up in the cheaper model of the Forte. 5. Finally I contacted my salesman and several other email addresses to get the cost of installing cruise control in the vehicle. Finally, my salesman calls me and gives me the price. I asked if he could see if there was any way possible to lower this cost and he was going to have General Manager get back with me. I have heard nothing. Overall the experience was not good. I think the car is fine but would recommend using another dealership to purchase your Kia. I drove from Tampa to Lakeland to buy this vehicle and this was a mistake. If you could please respond on the cost to have cruise installed as soon as you can. If not I will just go to another dealer to have it installed. Well, yes, it has been different. Thanks,
