In 0-to-60 mph (Milli-seconds of Professional Help), I felt at home with PJ Nuñez, and within 30 minutes he was handing me the keys to my new dream car BMW Z4 35is! The key to this ecstatic experience is merited to PJ, by the ease with which he developed an immediate rapport with my husband and I. He demonstrates masterful social skills to make a mom proud, not to mention his knowledge of all the bells and whistles that I marveled about. His enthusiasm is contagious—and this is no exaggeration, but I was singing to the tunes in the radio during the test drive and thinking that, “This is as good as life gets!” I will forever remember his congenial presence that is so rare in automotive environments. I was astounded by his honesty, kindness, and his respectful nature. Do you know that as a schoolteacher, I can appreciate when a gentleman responds to me as “Yes, ma’am.” And a teacher can tell when someone truly listens, as he carefully listened to what I wanted & needed. So I am definitely impressed by the powerhouse package that he is in representing BMW as a twin-turbocharged Client Advisor. He has done his homework in the rapport, respect, reviewing of all needs that I had, while I’m reveling in the fact that he is the real deal. I was so relieved that there was no pressure, no games, no stress—what a refreshing environment he the staff creates! It is rare to encounter a professional such as PJ Nuñez who evokes compassion and class. As a teacher I give him an A+ for being an Agent of Success for Fields BMW. After acquiring the warrantees, I confidently drove home in my Z4 towards our Lakeland, Florida sunset, knowing that I’m glowing with joy in my shimmering Black Sapphire chassis that Mr. PJ Nuñez, as well as all the superb staff, including finance whiz Melissa Hargrove, granted me the ultimate privilege to have & to hold. Genuinely unsurpassed client advisor, dealership, & staff!

I dont think I have ever written an online review for a car dealer, but I have to share my experience. Furman Clark was my sales associate and Melissa Hargroves was my finance manager. I will have to say that without a doubt this was the easiest and least stressful auto purchase I have ever made. When it came time to talk numbers (including the price of the car and the trade allowance) we didnt have to haggle at all. When the numbers were presented, I told Furman where I felt we needed to be, and he managed to get a deal worked out that we could both agree on. I will also note that I walked in the dealership with financing in-hand. I have had bad luck before with dealerships submitting my application to several companies triggering an avalanche of credit inquiries. When I mentioned to Melissa what the terms of my pre-approval were, she asked me if I would give BMW financial a try. I explained my reasons for not wanting them to run my financing, and she promised me there would only be one single inquiry, not by them but by BMW themselves. That is exactly what happened, and BMW was able to beat my pre-approved rate by 2%. All in all, I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours from arrival to test drive to paperwork. In my experience, that is a record. Finally I have to add that I ended up brining the car in for service the next day with some minor concerns, and could not believe the level of service I experienced. I have owned other luxury brands (Lexus & Mercedes) and I feel the bar was set high for my expectations, but Jim Megivern (the service manager) saw to my needs personally and made sure they were not only addressed but they went over and above in making sure the scheduled repairs would accommodate my schedule. All in all, if I could give these guys 100 stars, I wouldnt hesitate...

This is the worst dealership Ive ever seen, I purchased two 5 series within the last 2 1/2 years. The first was a 2011 new 5 series it had an internal electrical problem, Fields had the car for 2 of the first 3 months we owned it kept give it back saying it was fixed several times. The lead salesman Majed Masrallah is the biggest liar Ive ever seen, when purchasing the first car we wanted to upgrade the wheels, he said no, no I know a guy I can get them,for $1500 he would never return your calls, so no wheels. He also told my wife that he knew BMW was coming out with the apps. upgrade and that he already had them, never happened, But to our stupidity we went back for more, Bought a new 2014 5 series with the 2.0 turbo with 23 27 34 claimed mpgthe car only avg. 21 mpg took it in they did nothing I asked Tina did you contact BMW engineers she said no, they googled it, they even told me that the car needed to break in before it could get gas mileage even though it had 3,000 miles on it. took it in again to check mpg getting worst they did oil change, and Tina again told me nothing wrong with it so we didnt do any thing. Contacted John service manager, we meet and I thought things were going to be better, he and his tech were going to compare with other cars and talk to BMW, never heard a word back from either, Called Majed to let him know we were heading to another dealer, he said give me a minute call you right back, never did, we trade it for a demo at another dealer This one is avg. 27 mpg and runs great. I wish I could have given a 0 rating

First and foremost, P.J. Nunez has to be the easiest sales guy in the world to work with. He made this experience a pleasure by ensuring no questions went unanswered, my wife and I were given the opportunity to drive as many different cars as we wanted to (which took a couple of hours) and PJ made sure we understood what options were available for each car we were considering. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision or to hurry through the process, we were so informed and satisfied that we knew exactly what we wanted, once PJ found that car, we bought it. The result was we love our 328i and its everything we set out to find and everything PJ said it would be. The paper work and delivery went as smooth as the sales process did and even with a delivery hiccup, we were well cared for, even to the point of making sure we werent inconvenienced in any way. If there was anything that was annoying, it would be trying to order accessories from their website, I wanted a sunscreen for the front windshield, When I went to check out, the only payment method they accept is PayPal. I dont have a PayPal account and I certainly wasnt going to sign up for one just for a sunscreen. But, this is the ONLY thing I found that I would consider customer "unfriendly". All in all, I dont think this could have been a better experience and I absolutely am sold on both BMWs, Fields and PJ. I will be back, maybe a Z4 next time!

The vehicle itself is wonderful, no complaints there. I wish I could say the same about their customer service. Our salesman Magic was helpful & courteous. When we purchased the vehicle it needed to be thoroughly cleaned from the interior due to smudges and stains on the headliner & carpet,on a 2016 vehicle. We were told that it would not be an issue to have this cleaned; however this was not the case. On 2 separate occasions the vehicle was picked up and washed, however the areas of concern were not cleaned. This was brought to Fields attention via email (an email that went to Christian Paul and Gary Gordon, GM). Christian Paul answered the email and told me to go over with him what needs to be done. In my line of work I work with customers daily and Christians customer service lacked professionalism. In the end the detailers still left spots. Christian treated me like I was an inconvenience to him. He never was apologetic or even seemed interested in really making this right. It was just a cold interaction with a manager who seemed uninterested to begin with. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Fields Mercedes Lakeland before and their level of service was always excellent; it didnt matter what the concern was, Fields Mercedes knew how to treat a customer.It is unfortunate for Fields BMW because I will be in the market for another vehicle for my daughter.
