Fleurish L.A deserves 5 STARS for service and price. This shop was my first stop for wedding dress shopping and I ended up finding my dress on my first store! (I ended up cancelling 3 bridal shops lol). Im glad that I was able to get the dress that I always wanted, a ballgown, here at Fleurish L.A. with Donya and Sherris help. Donya welcomed me and Donya and Sherri were very helpful throughout the appointment. I made the appointment on a Friday and I was the only customer in the store (go on a weekday!). I was treated like a VIP! :) I tried on 5 wedding dresses (or 6?) and I was able to explore which style was best for my body. I was thinking to get an A-line dress; however, a ballgown that Donya recommended me was the one. I was able to take the photos of my top 2 favorites and they helped me to take the pictures as well. They were very patience with me throughout the appointment, since I was calling and texting my mom and best friend for their opinions. I visited the store by myself and it wasnt an awkward experience at all. I appreciate their customer service and they were very open to answer lots of questions from a newly-engaged-stressed-bride-to-be. I came back home happy and satisfied with the purchase and customer service. I cant wait to get the alteration and try on my wedding dress!! FYI: When you purchase a wedding dress, Fleurish L.A donates a prom dress to high school students!! I appreciate their good heart for others. In addition, this store was previously called The Image and Fleurish L.A took over about 3 months ago. Go check out this store. You wont regret!!!

This is by far my favorite bridal salon in LA - As someone who has no idea what styles Id prefer and might look good on me, I started out at bigger stores that has a lot dresses thinking it could help me narrow down my selections but that didnt quite help so I took a shot at this new boutique. From the minute I walked in I immediatly felt welcomed and at ease - I was helped by Donya who made my shopping process fun and enjoyable, and probably most importantly, no pressure! Stylists at some of the places Ive been to would keep telling me how everything looks great to expediate closing the sale, but I got none of that from Donya which I really appreciated. She let me discover what I truly like myself, so when I found the dress I know it was truly my choice. I tried on close to 10 different dress while Donya patiently helped me narrow down my selection. She helped me find the perfect veil as well! I am pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of dresses Fleurish has across different price points. Im making a second trip back here with my bridesmaid and mom since they have the largest selection of bridesmaid dresses Ive seen (and mother of bride dresses). The best thing is, my wedding dress purchase contributed to a high school girl in need getting their prom dress as a gift from Fleurish!

Very helpful staff. Ambience is certainly not Kleinfelds, but youre not here for that. This place has donated designer gowns for charity (Sheltering Arms Childrens Service) at a fraction of the retail price. Its hit/miss size-wise, (they dont carry multiple sizes in stock obviously) but if you find the right thing, youre saving tons. Alterations here are also much more reasonable than anywhere else.

I was in a time crunch to find a bridesmaid dress. A wonderful worker at this shop was very prompt and courteous in assisting me. This left an awesome impression, even though I found a dress at another shop.
