HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Honestly I wouldnt spend a penny at this store after the way the I was treated. My bride purchased her wedding gown here and was told her bridesmaids would receive a discount if their dresses were purchased there as well. So we made an appointment, showed up 5 mins early and then were rudely addresses by the girls up front. Finally some said they would help us who then couldnt understand that we had the model numbers just wanted to try on a dress made by the company to see fit because of a recent incident (they measured another one of the bridesmaids for a dress, ordered it and was 4 sizes off and then refused to fix the dress and would charge about $100 for alterations on an already $200 bridesmaid dress) however the bridal consultant was rude about it and then said she was going to get color swatches and disappeared. Twenty minutes later after waiting for her to return we left only to see her in the parking lot returning from leaving and getting food, mind you she didnt tell us nor did she find someone else to help us. We drove an hour for the appointment and were treated terribly even though the bride already spent a pretty penny on her gown. Avoid this over priced awful bridal salon there are plenty of other bridal salons that will treat you right.

I have to say that this Bridal Store is beautiful. However, the Manager there shouldnt be running this store, she gives it a bad name. I went to them to look for a wedding dress back in March, but ended up finding my dress some where else. However, I went back to them to order my jewlery because I knew they could order it for me and the other employees seem to be nice. I didnt have a bad expereince at first. However, I ordered a specific pearl from them Aug 15th, paid for it in full and was told by the Manager that it would be about two weeks or so. I gave it some time. Keep in mind my wedding date is Sept 29th, on the week of Sept 10th, I called to check that status of my order and I was told by an employee there that I would get it the following week. I called Sept 21st only to find out that my order was never placed. They didnt even offer to overnight it or anything. I have been looking every where in Fresno for pink pearls and its extremly hard. I am very unhappy with their service and the fact that the Manager didnt even call me personally to apologize for her mistake. I havet had to stress until now. IM GLAD I DIDNT ORDER MY DRESS THRU THEM! COULD YOU IMAGINE IF THEY DIDNT HAVE IT ON TIME!!!!!

Looks can be deceiving! The store looks amazing you will fall in love with it the moment you walk in. A few months ago we went in and ordered a dress for my mom (MOB.) We paid for half of the dress, SEVERAL weeks past by and finally about a week and half before the wedding the dress finally arrives. We go to pick it up and it was the most hideous dress ever, material wasnt the one we picked out in the first place and the style was not the one my mom had picked either. It was obvious they ordered the incorrect dress, and when we contacted the manager about this issue she said she had done our order and that obviously as manager she was she would not had made a mistake with our order. (So much for meditating or something) We didnt touch nor tried the dress on yet we still had to pay $160+ dollars for the managers mistake. Wheres the customer service here? With a week left before the wedding it was already too late to order a nice MOB dress before the wedding. Luckily we found a nice dress at Macys and for a better price as well. Lesson well learned!

RUDE!!!!! This place is the worst! Such rude service! I went in to start my search for a bridal gown with a specific type of dress in mind. I told my attendant my ideal budget for my dress and as we were searching through the dresses, my friend commented on a dress that SHE thought was pretty. The attendant responded by shouting "oh no, that's waaaaay out of your budget...." in a store full of people! Who the hell does that? Not only was this dress the exact opposite of what I was looking for - it was SO UGLY. Just plain rude. I ended up purchasing my dress from Mia Bella for double what I had told the attendant at this place and I am thrilled with it. FYI rude employees: just because I would like to spend around a certain amount, doesn't mean I won't pay more for the perfect dress. This place is ghetto & their employees reflect that.

This is the shop I got my beautiful wedding dress from ! The service is amazing and they are all so wonderfully nice ! They even offered memosa drinks for us while we shopped during several visits ! There was one time I came in to get my dress and there was no appointment time , yet they squeezed me in anyways and were fully attentive to me ! Wonderful store !!

This is the first and only place I would go to in Fresno for wedding dresses. They had beautiful designer dresses. The girl was very nice I believe her name was Michelle. By far the best place we went for wedding dresses. We found the perfect dress!
