While I was on vacation in Reno I wanted to do some wedding dress shopping. I had called after hours and left a message to see when I could make an appointment. It was last minute and I was leaving a couple days later. The next day Cindy, the owner, contacted me and said that if I came in right when she opened she could help me. I showed up and Cindy was very patient and helpful and I found my beautiful wedding dress! When I got back home I had a few questions and each time that I called and spoke with Cindy and her daughter, Heidi, they were always pleasant and answered all my questions. I would totally recommend this bridal boutique!! Thank you again Cindy and Heidi!!

This place had the worst customer service. Professionalism obviously doesnt exist in this place. The girls at the front desk were rude and the manager was even worse. I ordered a tuxedo and I got the wrong sizes TWICE. When I asked if there was a way to order a different tuxedo because they could not manage the simple task of getting the sizes right, they said yes, but Id have to pay twice. I would only recommend this place if you want to be treated with disrespect and risk looking like a clown on your special event!

We showed up on Sunday, no appointment, and Heidi you are so very awesome, fun and knowledgeable... Thank You. The selection this store has and the customer service is above and beyond, and doesnt brake the bank. It is definitely worthy of 5 stars and more if you could rate it that way. Oh and yes... that daughter of mine, said "YES TO THE DRESS"...once again we say thank you.

This place is amazing! I went here 3 times and each time I was treated with a smile and given great suggestions. Even though I didnt find my perfect wedding dress here, I highly recommend them. They have a wide selection of gorgeous wedding dresses and jewelry, theyre super friendly and affordable.

Went in and they seemed like I was being a bother to them by asking questions and such. Just did not like the feeling of the place. Seemed like I was keeping them from talking or doing something other than helping me. We left without trying on the dresses we picked out.

The best place to look for wedding dresses. Variety of beautiful dresses, great customer service, and accommodating to walk-ins. The owner is great at catering to the bride-to-bes style and request.
