This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! So terrible that I am going out of my way to check this every day and be sure everyone sees it. I feel passionately about this because its my only way of gaining my pride back after the terrible experience I had here and because I need to let other innocent brides know that THIS PLACE IS DOWNRIGHT UNJUST- Dont waste your time- and in honor of all the brides that have been taken advantage of by these horrible women-- -help us out by never giving them any bit of your business or money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not fall victim or be blinded by these money-hungry liars. Wedding dress shopping isnt an everyday activity so its hard to know what to expect... and if youre a genuinely kind person like most of these brides are, youll fall for the seemingly sweet owner, youll feel like she needs your business, shell compliment you and tell you how she doesnt need your money, just wants to help...how could I be so naïve?!?! I advise you go to ANY OTHER BRIDAL STORE IN FRESNO AND CLOVIS and experience how shopping for a wedding dress SHOULD be...go just across the street where they do honest business- not here where the dress youre going to wear on your wedding day is being bargained for as if it were A USED CAR!!!!!!!! EW! RED FLAG #1.) There are no price tags on the dresses. This should have stood out to me- thats telling you there theyre looking to wheel and deal. RED FLAG #2.) The associates (mom and daughter duo) make you feel like an inconvenience, like youre asking too much to try on dresses. (This is their job, right? This one got me- because I somehow began feeling guilty for taking up their time and having them help me look at dresses! So I felt obliged to put money down... which brings me to my next point....) RED FLAG #3.) The very second dress I tried on (EVER IN MY LIFE, this -unfortunately- was the first store I looked at) was pressured to me by the owner as THE ONE. That if I didnt reserve it, itd be gone. So I stupidly put $100 down. RED FLAG #4.) I called 5 days later and asked that the dress I had held not be held anymore- I realized after leaving that I had been pressured. I was told my $100 credit could go toward another dress. RED FLAG #5.) Visit #2 to the store I was only brought ugly dresses that were opposite of what I was looking for and when not pleased with them, was told "You shouldnt be here unless you are ready to buy." WHAT?! RED FLAG #6.) Visit #3 I was told my $100 couldnt be used to try on one dress I was interested in. Then told I couldnt try it on because their dressing room was too small. They took my money from me then stopped caring about me and I have no money to spend right now, Im devastated and already on such a tight budget... its immoral to be taken advantage of like that during such a hard time. It sounds crazy, but these are FACTS. Reach out to me if you need help.

I went in on a Tuesday morning. I asked if they take walk-ins. The person at the front desk told me no. She explained that they have 2,000 dresses and it would be too hard to just start pulling dresses but that they could make an appointment if I told them what I liked. I spent about 15 minutes explaining my recent experiences in other bridal stores and what I liked and didnt like. I showed her pictures and looked thorugh her designer mags and told her what I would like to try on. I told her I would call later that day to make an appointment. I did just that and made an appointment for the very next day. I took a friend along to help with take pictures. When I got there they told me pictures were not allowed. Which surprised and confused me. They had no dresses pulled for my appointment like they said they were going to. I had to re-explain everything that I had explained the day before and they were very unorganized. The trouble with that store is its 3 stories! The poeple who I worked with were lazy and didnt want to go up and down to look for or locate the dresses I was pointing out to try on. I even asked to try the one in the window and they were so lazy they didnt even take that dress off the manican. They were too busy pulling what they thought would look good on me rather than what I wanted to see on me. The fact that they have 2,000 is both a blessing and a curse but ended up being mostly a distraction. Trying on dresses was fun prior to this experience. My friend was trying to put her two cents in and asked if they could pull a certain dress for me ... the lady turned around and said that she likes to work with one person only. She explained that some brides go in there with 5-6 different friends and everyone has their own idea of what the bride should wear. She said she is only there to work for the bride. My jaw dropped and my friends face turned red. At that point I decided to go. I will find my dress elsewhere. She then said she would pull dresses for my next appointment which she didnt set and told me that she wasnt gong to remember me on the phone and that I needed to go by to make the appointment. Not accomodating at all! Isnt that what my origninal appointment was for??? Also a bit of information that may be of use, is that it is family owned and run. The people there talk to each other very informal and not buisness like or professional at all. Also english is their second language so when they say some things it can come across as rude because they dont know what other way to say it.

Ive just started to look for boutiques to try on some of the brides maid dresses for my cousins wedding. I called in and asked for an availability of dresses i had picked and received some terrible services from two ladies in the store. 1st I called around 10AM and one lady with a foreign accent told me to call back about an hour later.. so i called back around 11:15. A different lady tells me that they dont have lists of dresses they carry in order so it takes a long time for them to look up for availability and tells me to send her an email with photos of dresses i had picked and she will be able to get back to me right away. So i sent her an email with photos and even called her to make sure that i sent it to her. She said OK and that she will get back to me right away. This was about 3 minutes after she asked for an email with photos. I get no reply so called around 12:40. The lady i talked to when i first called them answers the phone and tells me that they dont have any of the dresses i asked for. i explained to her about my conversation with the other lady and that i sent her an email and got no reply from her and the lady on the phone told me that they are too busy to reply me. I could have said OK and just move on to other boutiques but the way she spoke was so rude. I was so upset to hear that they dont have any of the dresses available for me to try on in a first place and that i had to call them when they said that they will get back to me right away. I would not recommend going to this boutique for any occasion unless their service quality improves. After all it is a boutique where people look for dresses for happy occasions.. Im sure nobody wants to receive low quality services from places like this.
