i purchased my vehicle at Ford Lincoln of Queens approx. 2 years ago and with the purchase of the vehicle came a warranty that is good for 150k miles on the car. It was all great until i noticed that the car was making an obvious noise coming from the transmission, as well as the car jerking back and forward when i was either approaching a stop sign or reversing. I cannot begin to explain how many times i have came into get my car checked out and fixed and every time they do "fix it" the problem starts again. I use my Lincoln to drive for Uber. So you can only imagine how frustrated it is when your work car is not working not once but multiple times. My car has broken down on me several times and i am sick and tired of bringing it back to the same car dealership. The problem with the car is so obvious that as a driver and many other mechanics have said that it is indeed an issue with the transmission. My car is so broken to the point that when i drove it to the dealership it stopped right there. They kept the car for 20 days just "fixing" it, and whenever i called to ask the status they were saying they didnt receive the parts yet. And then i had to call Lincoln itself for the parts to be sent to the dealership for it to be fixed. They expedited the delivery of the parts. After they said they fixed it a few days later i picked up the car and it broke the same day on Grand Central Pkway, East Bound. I was charged $172 for towing it out of the Pkway itself at midnight The following morning i towed my car to the dealership and gave it to them again for them to "fix". When i was called to pickup the car again i was really expecting NO MORE PROBLEMS, but to my luck the car was still jerking forward and not shifting smoothly from gear 1 to gear 2. At this point i gave up with the dealership in Queens and scheduled an appt by my house on Sunrise Hwy Bay Shore, Long Island. However when i brought my car to them and explained what has been going on they refused to even look at the car because they advised me that i take it back to the Queens Dealership because they were the one that got paid by Lincoln for the service and parts. I have scheduled ANOTHER appointment with the Queens dealership because it seems that i really dont have any other option at this point. Their service and customer service skills are terrible especially person named Henry who pretended to be the manager.

I took my 2015 cargo van in for a recall and received terrible and careless service. I had also ordered an extra part to be installed at the same time. When I arrived, I asked if they could replace the plastic cowl that goes over the side view mirror as it had been damaged. I Use the truck for my job and not having it in service costs me money and time so I made sure to ask if this work could be completed within the 1 day time period. I was told "yes". First- I was told be the guy I was dealing with that the whole mirror assembly had to be replaced and not just the cover. I told him that he was wrong and that the piece was available from his parts department and gave hime the cost. (I had done some research) He told me I was wrong again and then when I persisted, he said that he would look into it. Second- I received a call later in the day from the representative that I was dealing with. He said that the mirror piece was available and if I could leave it for another day, he could order the part and have it installed. I said no and that I only have a 1 day window of availability at this time. The rep then coyly said that the other part that I had made sure to have ordered so as to be ready for installation was never ordered. He said that he could order it and have it installed the next day. When I expressed my frustration over this he was dismissive and said that there was nothing that he could do. So the rep was hoping to cover his tail. Third- When I went to pick it up at the end of the day I got stuck in bad traffic. I called him and said that I was running :15 late based on Google maps. I said that it looked like I was going to arrive at 5:43. I asked if he could possibly have someone stay a few minutes late to make the handoff of the truck. He said no emphatically. I had to turn around return which was really terrible since I was more than half way there at the time. I was really pissed off. Fourth- This morning I went to pickup my truck. I arrived at 7:00 as they opened. All I needed was my key. they made me wait :30 for my truck. They never did offer an apology for anything. I will never go back and I will never recommend them to anyone.

The review is for their service site blocks away from actual car selling site. I took my car weeks ago for diagnostic for a serious issue. It was dangerous to drive with the issue I was having. I went early morning, took risk to drive there. I was first curtly told I did not have appt and that I had to come back some other day. Upon explaining the situation that car was dangerous to drive, the front desk man was still refusing. I insisted just to take a quick look by a mechanic so at least I knew what to do, I was then taken in. I waited in the visitor room patiently for four plus hours, the whole time without uttering a word. After four long hours, the guy who had checked me in, came by and reassured me that I was very close and next in queue. Another two plus hours, that is after a whopping six plus hours literally no exaggeration, the same man came in and without any sense of apology or shame, thuggishly telling me to take my car away as I could not be attended to. Seriously! Six plus painful hours in that little chamber, and then he had the audacity to tell me to take my car back without anything? I kindly objected and politely in one short sentence about my six plus hours wait. This thug was giving me look and attitude as if he were ready to gang attack me, and as if it were my fault waiting so patiently and without much complaint. It was literally six plus hours, no exaggeration, and on top of it I was dismissed without any service, with no sense of some decency to show remorse. Any decent business would know to leave some room in the day for urgent base services such as my need, without punishing me for a "walk-in" : This business utterly failed on many front. I did not visit to meet the thug nor to endure thuggish behavior. It seriously looked like a den of gangsta and mafia Lords. Without my asking for it nor did I care, I was told the senior dealer person would call me about it, no one did. I explained above objectively without any whining on my part.... You decide! The one star rating is for the thug well deserved for not beating me up.
