This dealership CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!! The mark up the price the price you see on the web is NOT THE TRUE PRICE its just a number they use to bring you in. Please make sure you double check the interest the bank is offering you. This is a Fraud dealership the car I was shopping for was listed for 23959 2011 BMW with 75K miles price can be negotiated the Internet sales rep told be over the phone got to the dealer at 10am with my pre approved check from my bank. The sales guy one of the "general Managers Rudy convinced me to go with there bank that way they can offer me a better deal for my trade a 03 Ranger Rover Truck they offer me 3000 for the truck I thought that was fair he got stated that the online price is for buyers that put down 2,000 cash. I didnt question it we proceed on with him telling me that its will be a monthly payments will be I was ok still not comfortable but ok. We made a deal and he send me to the finance department I waiting for another hour and half while they claim they are getting the car ready and getting my paper work together. They run my credit the usual with some paperwork to sign. MAKE SURE YOU READ CAREFULLY!!!!! As the finance rep give me the papers to sign I noticed on the document it stated 750i and the was selling me an LI I called it to the finance managers attention he stated that its all the same for DMV purpose all the trim in the 7series are listed as (i) LIAR!! The next paper was my bank information she quickly rush through didnt tell me the interest rate when I asked she stated this is what the bank approves after your credit. Rushing me to sign I asked for Rudi my sales guy.. They claim he was gone for the day. I am already tired being there for about 4 hours at this point am ready to go. I signed DONT .. the last paper was has a picture black and white with a price of 34959 as 750li but all the previous documents stated 750i the finance manager said it was ok. Another doubt!! So I told them am NOT signing that copy the car was not 34959 she process by saying this has both to do with your purchase its for our marketing purpose so they can remove the car from the online sale. I process by saying but I will be liar why should I have to sign this if it has nothing to do with my transaction after I refused on saying its ok you dont have to sign it. I paid for my plates the price that was listed on the contract was price that was on the picture they want me to sign for online marketing purposes and the interest rate was triple the terms was longer than I discussed with the sales guy and I had to sign a promissory note owing the dealer $1000 and they also ask me to lie to the bank and tell the bank I gave then more money FRAUD this dealership cant be trusted. I returned the car the following day after work they refuse to give me a copy of the papers I signed and my title claiming that it was voided. DONT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. SHAME SHAME

If I can help only one person with my review then I will have done some good. WARNING, these guys are SCAM ARTISTS and not to be trusted. I was in a terrible hit and run accident, so bad that I broke a face bone. I needed to replace my car. I saw the car I wanted on their website and put through a "Please call me Request" about the car. The next day, since I didnt get a call I just took a ride over there (in much pain still, from the accident) It took 20 minutes to park, they dont have a lot for customers to park in..... I go in and was told that the car I wanted, that someone put a deposit on it and was told to come in and look around. ( I chose not to because there were no other cars that I wanted from their online inventory. I had been through it all the day before. Plus if the car had a deposit, WHY is it still on the website???) Anyway, I get home and Edwin calls me about the car. He said to come and look at it. I explained to him that I was just there and was told that it had a deposit on it. He said hang on, let me check. He comes back on and tells me that the deposit had been taken weeks ago and it didnt look like the person was ever coming back for it so he could sell it. So we go back over there. (its about 25 minutes from my house) and still in pain. They sit me down, take my info and the salesmen informs me that the car (which was listed for 11,000 is now 16,000 as the 11,000 price is only if I am financing!!!! He said its on the website somewhere, you have to read through it all. So that was the first scam. So I say can we go for a test drive, he goes to get the keys... returns and Tells me....... ohh the person who put the deposit down just called and is coming in to pick it up in an hour. Really!! Wow, isnt that ironi z. So after 2 trips in pain I demand to see the supervisor Jonathon. He said that he wanted to show me his inventory. SO ALL OF THAT WAS........... JUST TO GET ME IN EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CAR I WANTED. Unbelievable, from start to finish. They make their living by financing cars, cash is not what they want... they want the interest on your loan. Thats where the real $$ are for these guys!!! They price list the cars low, thats how they get you in there and then they kindly inform you the car is 2-3 k more so that you are enticed to finance with them. Keep in moving people., dont use this place, you would only be putting more $$ in the pockets of SCAM ARTISTS! And losing more of your own to make them richer. ood luck I hope you all find the car youre looking for...BUT NOT HERE!!

THIS COULD BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME , BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR MONEY THESE GUYS WILL RIPPED YOU OFF ,WHEN IT COMES TO MONEY THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SHARKS SPECIALLY THE FAT GUY RUDY WHO IS THE GENERAL MANAGER .

I came to this place all the way from the Bronx it felt like forever getting here.I only went because I wanted to trade in my car with autotrader and I gave them as much info about my car and autotrader offered $1500.Now I didnt expect to get that much because of course a computer cant actually see the car only give me an estimate. So i went here because a salesperson from here was the first one that called me.I was at this place for 4hrs got told they would only give me $300 for my car(ridiculous) when my car was in fair condition and had only 69,000 miles for a 2001.I only have 2 years of credit but my score was 714 and i was told by the guy that does the financing that the bank wont give me a loan for the full amount of the car they would only give me $10000 wen the car was $13000.He then hesistantly asked if i would be able to put down $2500 rather than my original $2000.then he continued on saying i had to put down more money because im young (20yrs old) and because my job pays me with checks it looks like im self employed.(what does it matter if i have roof of my income and what im making)He also said that bank did offer me the loan but with a 25% interest rate and $250 a month payments and i only have 4 years to pay it.In my opinion i think i was lied to the whole time and the hyundai tiburon i wanted i saw for $3000 less at another place. So i left with no car and i felt highly offended and just drained because i spent mostly the whole day there and didnt eat.I went to the bronx auto auction instead and they offered me $1000 for my car and had lower prices.I dont have the car yet but i will be going back tomorrow
