i bought a car from this dealer ship 14 months ago the car is and has been perfect for me and my family my other car was flooded in hurricaine sandy so i was in a rush to buy a vehicle customer service there very great very loud out going family run business to say the least had two problems with car in first month and was fixed both times free of charge now that ive re stelled myself from the storm i believe i was "hood winked" on he vehichles finance amout the car i purshased was 22,000 non negotiable according to them love the car so i bought it after looking through my documuntes of the car i gave them a heafty dowm payment on the vehicle which should have been finaced after that money was given to them so theystill charged me the 22,000 for the car and financed it for full amount if the car wad 22,ooo and i gave down payment of 8,000 should have been financed for $14000 instead of the full 22,000 am i correct? i think something shady about this nonsense so now im stuck with this car that i do not use cause of were i live parking is difficult not worth refinancing through the bank to save $50.00 a month for the next 60 months something not right bout to call better business bureau for more answers

Bought a car from them in full. 3 days later all the sensors on the car start to pop up on the dash. Bring it to them apparently none of it was under warranty. Now I moved out of state and need to get new plates cant even get these ridiculous people to fax the office my proof of sale. Called them multiple times and all you get is an attitude for absolutely no reason. Then the guy proceeds to tell me that the transaction was complete and its not there job to have proof of it after that. Also I only bought the car on march 3rd of this year so thats 5 months Im still under warranty but cant get any paper work from them. So after a failing alternator and having to replace all the tires and do my own oil change off there lot. All I want is paper work and cant get it.

Very dishonest dealer, cars are way over priced and sales people lie through their teeth. Went to look at at a specific car, as soon as you opened the door water came rushing from behind the door panel, asked the sales man about the leaks in the car, his words "Na Man...thing Na leak" I asked him about the history of the car, he claimed he doesnt buy cars with bad history, he has an app that tells him which cars to buy at the auction. I asked, can I have the print out for the car fax...He claimed...when you come to buy the car well give it to you. Very dishonest and unprofessional dealer. Stay away from this place, If you want to buy a car search online.

Stay away from place. I cannot stress how unprofessional this company. Lets just make it simple and short. 6 stars buys crashed cars from the auction then fixes up those cars and put the on the lot before carfax is aware. Unfortunately, we found out about this when trying to trade-in a car at another dealership. I called 6 stars immediately they were very rude when confronted. Owner went to the extent to threaten us. I wish I could have shut this place down. Like I said take your money elsewhere. Another thing they sold us their third party loans at ridiculously high interest rate. Go elsewhere. This place needs to be shut down.

They all claim to be great people and family oriented, they are very rude and nasty, bought a vehicle there a year ago over charged for a used vehicle asking for a very high down payment, they make up fake documents they need to shut down they scam all their customers with the fraud that they are doing and that short Stumpy little bastards referring to the owner, should go to jail and get raped, dont recommend anyone to go there, run ppl, run ppl

I wish I can give them a 0. They will talk nice and butter you up then overcharge you and lie about everything. If you finance with them they will agree to one price with you then put another amount through to the bank. Beware! I am looking into filing legal charges. If you value your hard earned money STAY AWAY!

Liar first class Gave us a vehicle that was flood damaged. There was water in the torque converter of the car and a flatened exhaust pipe. Lied about the financing. Run in the other direction!!!
