Bought a 2008 BMW 535xi from them and I love it. At first I was skeptical about buying a use BMW from a second hand dealer, due to the fact that they may give a lot of problems. This car is different and was taken good care of by the dealer. Ask for Steven! He is a great guy, hes fear with his prices, and makes sure that you are sitting in the car that you want. As soon as I purchased my car I immediately took it to a diagnosis shop, and they said that the car was in A+ condition. Checkin in again. My car had a minor problem, and I called Steve. He told me to come in and that he will take a look at it. He recognized the problem and fixed it right away! I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car.!!!

drove my 2001 BMW home today. Very happy with the car. Be sure to talk to Steven, he’s honest and knowledgeable. Before buying, I also hired a reputable independent local mechanic to check my car. (Your Family Auto Service Center @ 1975 Amethyst St, Bronx, NY 10462) We did found some minor problems with the car. However, with the mechanic’s advices, Steven promises to fix the problems before delivering. I went to pick up my ride this afternoon. It was perfect. They also help with registering the vehicle with DMV. It really saves me a lot troubles and headache waiting in ENDLESS line of DMV. Recommended!!

SCAMMERS!!! Read this and decide for yourself: Drove all the way from NJ after I spoke with a clown called steven over the phone. Did a bait and switch on me when I got there and Im quoting "we polished the car and changed the oil". It must have been a very expensive polish and oil change to cost an additional $1500. Im sure thats grounds for a lawsuit or a hefty fine in whatever consumer protection agency regulates jokers like this in NY. Unfortunately I dont know the state laws there nor have the time to lower myself to their level. buyers beware!

B&L is a great place to buy a car!!!! Buying a car can be difficult when dealing with misleading info and "scamming employees". This dealership defines the complete opposite because they were refreshing, and showed awesome service throught the buying process. It says a lot when a business is sucessfully in service for over 60 years! I would recommend to anyone in the market for a car to purchase it from this credible family run dealership!!!!

Steven and Rick were great. Super accomodating. Im in Suffolk County so Rick brought the car to his home in Nassau from the Bronx both so I could see it and when it was time to pick it up. Couldnt have made it easier. Definitely recommend.
