Out of all the dealerships I went to, Great Neck Car Buyers & Sellers had without a doubt the BEST conditioned and well taken care of vehicles in the area at that price range. Additionally, they met my most important criteria, which is that they had a great track record of customer satisfaction. However, I am a skeptic by nature, positive reviews can easily be faked and/or bought. Im not completely sold on anything until I actually go there and experience it for myself. Everyone at the dealership are all friendly and accommodating. Its a very carefree environment and no pressure tactics are used during the sales process. You take as much time as you need and no one will bother you. There is no bargaining on the list price so dont waste your time and theirs... however the prices are already competitive and they dont tack on any hidden fees during the financing process. The car industry has a bad reputation for being sleazy and unethical. Plenty of dealerships will wash their hands clean of any issues once you drive the car out of the lot. The customer being treated fairly is the exception rather than the norm. Ultimately, this is where Great Neck Car Buyers & Sellers greatest value lies. It is how they treat you AFTER the sale that counts the most. A few days after my purchase I encountered some major mechanical issues while I was driving out of state. The vehicle needed to be towed. I was told by the service center I went to that the repairs had to be done in order to safely drive my vehicle back on the road. Unfortunately, at this point Great Neck Car Buyers & Sellers was already closed for me to discuss the situation. My only two options at that point was to drive an unsafe vehicle on the highway or to pay for the repairs. I dont like gambling with my life so I chose the latter. I am 120% sure that if it was any other dealership they wouldnt have done a thing. They could have easily claimed that the repairs should have been done by them and not by another shop. After explaining the circumstances to management, they scheduled an appointment for me to come in and took care of EVERYTHING including re-reimbursing me every penny for the out of state repairs. They also took the car back in for the day and repaired the other few tidbits left over that their service center missed initially. Now some might look at this and say, "Well, why did they sell you a car that needed repairs in the first place?!" Just like most independent dealerships, Great Neck Car Buyers & Sellers outsources all the servicing of their vehicles. Some things end up getting missed in the process, which understandably is the fault of the repair shop and not the dealership. Whatever issues do arise, as long as you call them immediately, they will take care of it. Given their stellar record, Im willing to bet that my car having issues was the exception rather than the norm. Good and honest dealerships are such a rarity nowadays. Believe all the positive reviews, these guys are legit. In 2-3 years, Im planning on upgrading my vehicle. Great Neck Car & Buyers will be the place I go back to and it is the place I will recommend to friends and family.

I had quite the experience with this dealership, and honestly thus far have been blown away how customer conscious they are. I purchased a white BMW 3 series with about 43,000 miles from them back in May. The buying process was fairly straight forward, both the individuals helping me (John and Kazi) explained things pretty well, and made sure I understood what was going on (it was my first time buying a car on my own, let alone financing it). While they were pleasant to work with while purchasing the car, they were on an entire new level after the purchase was complete. Within 3 weeks of owning the car, one of the run flats had a tear (this is a common issue with the run flats on the newer BMW’s). At the time, I was fairly frustrated. How can I have just purchased the car and already have a tire that needs replacing? Did they sell me a car with bad tires? So I called the dealership and spoke with Joe. After not very long of a discussion, he asked for me to drop the car off. They replaced all 4 tires for me. 3 of them at cost, 1 of them for free (the one with the tear). Keep in mind, the tires were not under any warranty, so they were not obligated to do this. Essentially, I received a set of brand new tires, something that would have ran me around 800, for about 300 dollars. About 3 months later, the car would simply not start correctly. I brought the car to a local shop and after they looked around they told me the issue could be something with the VANOS system (another common issue). Reluctantly I agreed to them fixing a VANOS sensor, however this did not solve the issue. They investigated further and gave me scary news. What the fix may be, is a fix that runs around 3k. Although the car was out of warranty (past 60 days, since I did not purchase any extended warranty), I called the dealer anyway. Once I told John what issue I was having he told me to tell the mechanic to stop working on the car, he was sending a truck over to pick the car up to bring it to his personal mechanic. He then told me to take a train to Great Neck, where he will send someone to pick me up and bring me to an enterprise rent a car so I will have a car while mine was in the shop. The dealer paid for the rental, and also paid for the repair of the car, at no charge to me (turned out to be a fuel pump issue, which is another common issue). The dealer did not have to do any of this, however they chose to help me out when I was in a bind. Long story short, I am not sure if I caught these people on a good day, however the treatment I received during purchasing and after purchase was probably treatment I would not receive at a large new car dealership let alone a used car dealership. They really seem to go out of their way to help out the customer, and ensure they are happy. It blew me away that they went so far out of the way to help me the way they did. As my mechanic told me when the dealer was picking up the car “I have never heard of a used car dealership doing that. They must be ran by true gentleman”.

Great Neck Car Buyers & Sellers are second to none. From the amazing cars they offer to the outstanding customer service, there truly is no other place I rather go when looking for a new car. Between myself, my father, my brother, and now my wife we have bought 6 cars from Great Neck Car Buyers. Every car we have purchased has been a gem, which is a testament to the quality of cars they find and provide to their customers. My family and I have worked with Isaac Abraham when purchasing our cars and he is just as much of a gem as the cars he sells. He always has your best interest in mind and really helps you find the right car for your situation. He is extremely efficient and makes the purchasing and financing process extremely easy. My wife and I visited Great Neck on Saturday 8/22, found a beautiful 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with 16K miles, so basically a brand new car, and already picked it up tonight. What is so great about this dealership is they always go the extra mile. There were normal scratches and scuffs on the bumper and Isaac had his team sand down the problem areas and repainted. When I came to pick it up tonight I couldnt even tell there were any scratches before. I dont know many dealerships that would go the extra mile like that especially on used cars. My father and I, and now my wife have built more than a business relationship with Isaac but more of a friendship. He knows the business in and out and I can honestly say I would prefer to work with Isaac more than any other dealer in the tri-state area. If you want a great car, excellent customer service, and a place you can feel comfortable with sending your friends and family go see Isaac at Great Neck Car Buyers and Sellers.
