This is the worst dealership ever. They have false advertising. Any vehicle you see listed online make sure you add an additional $990 dollars to that for the fees ($595 "Prep fee" and $395 delivery fee). Now once you add that up you have taxes, registration and your told by the salesmen that the finance guy cleared you for a 4% range interest from Chase Bank...mind you the customer never talks to the finance guy until you drive miles to get there and then they give you the surprise! No its not the price they gave you over the phone be ready to add an extra $1000 "acquisition fee" to get your interest lower...so the monthly payments are $20 bucks more per month...and they say its a great deal...I dont think so $240 dollars more per month...and its not that you cant afford it...its the principle tell me the truth before I sacrifice my time, money and others time... for a non pre-certified car that has a few dents around it that they dont want to take any fees off for you to deal... the dealers also have no power, even the sales manager everything goes through a guy on the phone...the man behind the magic... OH and on top of that, a week after taking the car home my breaks are completely out. TALK ABOUT A COMPANY THAT SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!! good luck folks

I wanted to buy car, just google it and found "Queens Best Auto" nearby. Found nice car collection and saw the car I wanted. I called them to setup time to see the car. Very friendly staff, you will not find price better than them, they gave me 30 days warranty and most important mental satisfaction, pace of mind. They worked with me on my price, honest simple dealer. I will never buy from another dealer, I am their customer for life. The car they sold to me still runs great. Nice car from best dealer in Queens New York for me A+++ dealership.

The overall experience of purchasing a vehicle through Queens Best Auto was wonderful. From the beginning with dealing with Masood who was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions regarding the cars and its performance, no finance available but still good guidance to arrange your self-finance. i bought last year 2014 corolla from them when i want to trade it to upgrade to the sienna , i wonder from faisal the guy working in (sunrise autoland) ,print the carfax for me says it was rental and total sold in salvage auction in april 2014, im taking serieus lawful action to the next level to get my money back which is i paid cash,after investigation my lawyer told me the same owner own auto body shop 183/Jamaica avenue owns queens best auto (accident salvage auto}, beware buying cars from them

Called them to ask about the car (gave them model, stock #, mileage), they told me its still on sale. Drove about 2 hours to get there,and I found they sold this vehicle a week ago. The salesman - Khan, just wanted me to come, so he could offer me other vehicles. Unbelievable!!!!!
