THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT MUST READ DO NOT TRUST. The sales person Walter was great during the whole process, but I was new to buying a leased car at a dealer. My trade-in car was at the shop due to maintenance, so I couldnt buy the car until the car was out of the shop because I wanted to trade it in so I asked Walter the sales representative if I could do so after I had leased the car (I was new to leasing or buying a new car so I was unaware you "couldnt" do it after the deal is done) which he replied "yes you can". So I was like ok give me a week, I was in Boston at the time. August 2nd 2016 comes around and Walter and his sales manager were pushing me to buy the car asap, then again I asked "can I trade in the car after I close the deal" which the reply again was "yes you can". So I agreed we went to the financial department which I also told and was never given any advice to wait which I wouldve I had no rush, I had told them I wouldnt purchase the car if I cant trade it in. I then got the car back went to the dealership I told them I have the car from the shop I want to trade it in. Their first reply was are you buying leasing or selling, I then replied I already leased a car last month and they said (Walter and the sales manager were unavailable) you cant trade it in the deal is closed I was like no that was not the deal, after talking back and forth for about 20 mins I was referred to their used car lot which then told me they have to speak to their whole seller which then told me I was better selling it on my own which I did not want to do because it would waste time and cost money because I had to keep the car registered and insured. This whole scandal lost me about $2000 dollars, time, hassle and I will never buy a Hyundai again thanks to the group of individuals I was attended by, this is no fault of Hyundai but unfortunately their are people who are selfish and uneducated about their product.
Worst dealer in history. Hyundai Sonata 2012 34k miles advertised for 10k. When i called they said the car is still for sale. upon arrival they could not find the key. I offered to pay cash and wanted to leave a deposit. After waisting time they finally explained I would have to finance the car and could not buy it out right. I didnt even want to entertain the deal. False advertisement. Stay away form them . RUN RUN RUN
I wouldve given this place less if possible, worse service ever.
