WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Inquired about a vehicle tues, put deposit down wed, they received check for vehicle thur, friday i catch flight and arrive at 11am as discussed with sales rep. Vehicle not there and is being "serviced" because they didnt know i was coming that week and assumed i was coming the following. Wait at dealer from 11-7 on vehicle to arrive. Vehicle arrives from getting service with "service engine soon" light on but they assure me that the mechanic forgot to reset computer after servicing so the in-house mechanic resets it. Drive car back home, check engine light back on and car leaking oil. UPDATE FROM OWNERS RESPONSE Thank you for your prompt reply. I would like to address the statements you made. First, I did not surprise you all by arriving on Friday. I put a deposit down which is good for three days and promptly sent the check for the vehicle two days later. I dont know why Sam would assume I would wait a week to pick up a vehicle I have already purchased. Second, I was not offered a ride to the mall. I was informed of restaurants in walking distance. Third, the check engine light was on when I test drove the vehicle but your in-house mechanic reset it and guaranteed it was on because the other mechanic forgot to clear it. Fourth, the "free basic warranty" covers parts on the vehicle that typically do not fail. As a result, the oil leak isnt covered and nor are the other two codes that your mechanic temporarily cleared. To address the warranty, I called and asked to speak to a manager but instead I was told that the warranty had been emailed to me and that I should proceed to take the car to a mechanic.

Wanted to purchase a car. I was unable to receive a price or mileage, let alone a showing. Finally I called after email correspondence and spoke with Santos whom stated the top of the covertible was broken and out for repair. Still he would not provide nor did he know about the details of this vehicle in his inventory. I was unable to schedule a showing or a test drive. Santos told me it was best to look elsewhere What kind of sales associate is that. I am a cash purchasing customer, no financing needed here. I then receive an email within 12 hours (generic) that the vehicle was sold. I had already purchased from another dealer due to the lack of attention and honesty of this dealer (salesperson). Will never inquire with again, complete waste of time. I neglected to mention Santos stated he had the best prices in the area, then corrected himself and said the whole country. Update: The owner, Gary contacted me via telephone after I posted he review. He was genuinely concerned and expressed sincere apologies. However, it was his salesperson whom was to blame as the car that I wanted to purchase was not described correctly. Gary indicated the vehicle was removed from the sale site and not sold as it was purchased by them at auction and in unsalable condition. I appreciate the time the owner took to address my concerns and genuinely apologize for my dissatisfaction. Training your employees to the level expected of them is essential in business and Gary cares about his business and reputation. It just seems as though he needs to better train his staff. Thanks for the follow up.

Alright, I first went there about 2-3 weeks ago and worked with Juan. Super chill dude. Didnt bother pressuring me, had level-headed opinions about the cars they offered. Wasnt up-sold or anything. I was looking at this blue, 14 Corolla S Plus with just over 30k miles on it. 12999 and didnt budge, but the price was fair - not the cheapest, but definitely fair. I delayed the purchase and went back yesterday. The car is really clean, drives smoothly and had passed the "Certified" inspection a couple of months ago. Cant complain, despite there being cheaper, sketchier comparables on the market. They did the best on my trade-in, offering 500 more than other dealerships, even the big dealerships. And they were able to find me a 2.5% better interest rate than USAA, which is rare. But most importantly, the whole crew had a sense of humor, were relaxed, and they have some pretty nice cars. Great experience.

About two months ago, I bought my dream car -- a 2002 Lexus SC430 with 65k miles for an amazing price. Its a very rare, very sexy (my friends call it a cargasm) Lexus Convertible that they stopped making, and used ones in good condition for a reasonable price are very hard to find. They helped me get the financing I needed (which was a headache, but they finally came through), and even managed to get me a much lower interest rate than initially thought! I wanted to wait until after at least a month to write the review to make sure the car held up well, and it has been beautiful. Like all used cars, there are always annoying little things -- the car was missing a spare tire, and some other inconsequential things that can be taken care of for small amounts of money. Overall a great dealership, great inventory, I will tell my friends to check out these guys for their car buying needs!
