My son and my friend bight a car here the same day....my friends car ...the motor started knowing the 2nd day and they didnt do anything about it..they said they would put thick oil in the cars to make them sound good for a test drive...THE WARRANTY THEY OFFER IS WORTH NOTHING!!!!!...He is now having to replace motor when the car had very low miles...only 50K...My sons car ...2 days after he had it had to replace breaks and 1500.00 worth of stuff also the car had a recall that wasnt even in the paperwork..they didnt mention it..ALSO...THE OWNER OF THE CARLOT AND MECHANIC ACTUALLY HAD AN ARGUMENT ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR...THE MECHANIC WAS TRYING TO BE MORE HONEST...BUT THE SALESMAN OR OWNER GOT LOUD AND MAD....THESE DUMASS MFS...LIED AND DONT STAND BEHIND CARS..ALSO THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE GO THERE TO BUY A VEHICLE!!

So, I have been in the process of browsing for a vehicle to purchase. My search took me onto the internet where I found what looked to be a handful of reasonable options that I felt that I should go view in person. Upon my arrival I walked up to a few vehicles and waited for a salesman too come out and push some sales. Well, it unfortunately never happened. I went inside the office which was rather sketchy and stood there for 10 minuets in front of who I thought were the owners. They did not acknowledge that I was standing there or speak to me. I went back outside and looked at the vehicles more closely and found several problems that were just on the body of them (Without getting a good look at the interior or engine). I would never recommend a car dealer that lacks ambitious salesmen, and I feel their business will defiantly come to a halt without major adjustments.

They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from. I was in the market for a well maintained older high mileage vehicle at a reasonable price to purchase cash without a trade. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They allowed me to test drive as well as take the used car to a nearby mechanic for inspection. It passed with the mechanic saying he would purchase the car if I didnt. It was in that good of a condition. The deal was struck for asking price (reasonable) and $199 fee plus 30 day tag. You will have to pay taxes once you go to the DMV for a permanent license plate. I would recommend this independent dealer. As an FYI I went to 3 places prior to this one including a big name car dealer. All 3 places including the one with their name on the civic center tried to sell me a vehicle that did not pass a mechanics inspection.

Walked around the lot, no one came out. Went into the office building, I thought the place was empty. Then a man appeared. I told him what car I was interested in he handed me the "key to check it out and if I wanted to take it for a ride come back in and we would go". I tried to get the Car Fax twice before with no success. I did get a bill of sale with cards to go and find financing if I was interested in buying it. To top off my consumer experience after I repeatedly told this man the year of my vehicle he came outside before I left , looked at my vehicle and asked "what year is that"? I answered him. He asked me to wait as he had to correct his "mistake" which reduced my trade in value by over half and to prove his point he gave me a print out of the Kelly Blue Book Report. Good Luck if you decide to purchase there.

MAGIC STAR AUTO SALES ARE JOKES!! GUYS AT 2839 PETERS CREEK ROAD SELL JUNK..I BOUGHT A CAR 3 WEEKS AGO..AFTER HAVING IT FOR 3 DAYS HAD TO REPLACE THE BATTERY AT 105.00...NOW 3 WEEKS LATER THE MOTOR HAS A TICKING NOISE AND ENGINE LIGHT IS ON....REAR SEAL HAS A MAJOR OIL LEAK ( 1500 TO REPAIR) BALL JOINTS NEED REPLACED..NEEDS SPARK PLUGS AND COIL PACKS...REPAIR BILL OVER 3K.. ALSO BOTH FRONT TIRE RODS NEED REPLACED..THEY WONT RESPOND TO MY TEXT OR CALLS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY SOLD ME JUNK JUST LIKE THEY HAVE ALOT OF OTHER PEOPLE I HAVE TALKED TO..NOW I GOT TO SPEND OVER 3K TO GET MY CAR FIXED..HAVENT EVEN HAD IT 3 WEEKS..THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS..DONT BUY FROM THEM..I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB AND GOT A LAWYER WORKING ON A CASE..THEY WONT BE IN BUSINESS MUCH LONGER..SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

John was very helpful and the car has been running great. When we came they allowed us to test drive the cars (multiple times!) and gave us no pressure. They were very helpful to answer our questions and when I noticed something was wrong he was very quick to help us fix it which was very kind of him! Of course this is an used car place so you are going to have some problems but in general the car is in really good shape and they offer extremely fair prices that you cant find on other lots! They have gone out of their way to get our plates for us from the DMV which I think is super awesome! They are very kind and very helpful and I would recommend this lot for anyone who is looking for USED cars! Thankyou again ! Meghan and Ovadia

Yall are racist and obviously not outgoing people. It was not hard to talk to or understand the owners they were nice and if you yourself knows anything about cars you would know if theres a problem with it by looking under the engine. With any car you are looking at you should always have someone or know a good amount about a car and what to look for. Guarantee yall are very gullible people they let me test drive and look at whatever I pleased while I was there. I looked at two cars and one i noticed a problem and focused on the other one instead and let them know the problem and went on about my life. The car I got is in great condition and a beautiful car for a great price.

I looked at 2 cars, one the battery was totally dead, the other almost didnt start. I took the keys back inside told the guy the one car wouldnt start. Someone walked in behind me and started talking to the other guy, the one I was standing in front of seemed more interested in their conversation than helping me. He never said a word and I walked out. Make sure you check the carfax and autocheck, I noticed they had one with frame damage. Take it to a mechanic first. Their prices are a bit high. Their accents can be a bit difficult to understand.

We called before going to look at the vehicle and when we pulled up the vehicle wasnt there. We stood out in the lot without any help. About 10 minutes later one of the salesmen pulled up in the vehicle after taking it out to pick up their lunches. We went through with the sale unfortunately. It was dirty, so we had it detailed ourselves. About a month later our vehicle had some major issues. These guys sell unreliable cars and dont stand behind their vehicles. Do not buy from these guys....again, do NOT buy at Magic Star Auto.
