I was in an accident with my new to me Fatbob and being my first accident on a bike. I choose to go with Iron Valley to rebuild it. The service manager JJ had the bike picked up and spent several hours with me answering all my annoying questions with patience. Im extremely anal and he expected my expectations and then some. Very professional and the bike is better than the day I got it. Unbelievable experience with Iron Valley and their staff. They earned my business for a lifetime.

Every time Ive went in for parts or anything service was always helpful and friendly. After 3 years my low rider started giving me a few problems with the electrical system so instead of screwing it up myself I figured I would let them fix it. Fearing the worst got a call and it ended up being something simple with a very reasonable price tag . Their honesty was awesome and will only do business with them for now on. Looking forward to buying my next bike from them.

By far the worst experience Ive had at an HD dealership. I was interested in purchasing a second bike to accompany my current bike which is a 2016 street glide special and I was told by the sales manager that he would not put me on a test ride because he felt that I would not "pull the trigger on the purchase that day" save your time dont give this dealership your business

bunch of crooks. they will take advantage of anybody they can.... I bought a 08 ultra classic from there 15 k didnt put 500 miles damn thing still dont run I got a big paper weight in my garage they lie about the maintenance they say they did before you buy it. they are very shady....... dont buy from them! if your smart you would find another dealer
