The customer service was horrible. If you need parts go to another store. I went into the store hoping they might have parts for a dellorto phb32 carburetor and before I could say a few words the sales person put his hand up for me to stop talking and told me Im in the wrong place. He didnt even give me a chance to tell him the make of the carb to see if he had any parts. He just told me to go online. I said to him i was just trying to see if any local shops have any parts before I go online then he made a few ignorant comments to me, so i picked up my parts and walked out. I"m not mad that they didnt have the parts even though the person didnt even know what carb. Im mad because of the way i was treated.

I cant say anything for sales or Toyota service, but I deal with them for almost all of my dirtbike parts and service. Friendly staff and reasonable prices, theyll even swing a good deal now and then. Their stock is not huge but its decent. Ordered parts arive quickly and they are quick to notify you of their arrival.

This review is for the Toyota repair shop, not the motorcycle sales and service. Mike is very fair and knowledgeable and labor prices are reasonable. Would definitely come back although inspection and emissions can be found cheaper elsewhere. Mikes helper has a different attitude than Mike.

Mike is a certified Toyota Master Mechanic and does excellent work at a fair price. And for those that are into Motocross they sell Husqvarna dirt bikes and the gear to go with it.
