I bought a 98 HD Road King from my father in law and rode it from Phoenix to my home in Alexandria, Virginia. Wanted to have it looked at after the long ride and start a base maintenance schedule for this beautiful bike. All the Harley shops in the NCR wouldnt even look at it because of the year. Not only did Margaret set me up with an appointment that weekend, when Roy changed the oil and gave it the "once over" they did not try to do any services that werent needed or necessary. They gave the bike a thumbs up and we set a odometer date for a complete work up the next time I brought it in. It was awesome working with real people and people who know and love bikes. Definitely take your v twin here.

Roy and Margaret seem like they shoot down everything I ever presented to them. They act like they know everything, but I have found out after researching, how wrong they are a lot of the time. Im sure they deal with people looking for advise like me all day and theres lots of folks leaving their store with their tail between their legs. I dont see how I could ever go in there again, and I kind of think its intentional to keep me away.

My bike has never run better after a recent 10K service and Thundermax map update by Roy at C&C Cycle. They do get busy so make sure you schedule your appointment for routine service as far in advance as you can.

Had a last minute tire problem the day before leaving for OC bike week, and they not only had the tire but replaced it within a few hours. These guys are the best.

Without having to remove and remount a rear wheel, they charged $63 for mounting and balancing a new tire. Rip off!
