As a new Lady Rider who is also African American, I have had nothing less than great support from the team at Harley Davidson of Baltimore. They have helped me to go from a person that knew nothing about motorcycles to a person who now rides her own. In November 2013, I was able to complete and pass the Riders Edge Course ( now called Riders Academy) through the HD of Baltimore and get my license. Chris in sales helped me pick out the perfect bike and has been my go-to-person from the start. On that bike (a 2007 Super Glide Custom) I successfully completed my first long ride ever on 4/26/14 to Glen Rock, PA and back with a partner (Tommie, the female Road Captain from Baltimore Metro HOG). So to Don and all the Ladies and Gents at Harley Davidson of Baltimore who have and continue to answer my many questions, taught me how to ride, been fantastic in helping me pick out gear to keep me safe and help me look good, give me guidance when I order parts & accessories, service my bike when she needs it, and greet me with genuine friendliness anytime I stop by, I say Thank you. You have helped me to realize a dream and ability that I did not even know that I had. Love To You All, Georgette

“ In Dec/2013 I took advantage of the 20% off parts and labor to upgrade to a chrome front end for my 2012 FLHX. I got a first class install by all the members of the service dept. Everybody worked together to get the job done right. I ordered the parts ahead of time. The service dept. picked up that I had forgotten the chrome bolt kit for mounting the calipers. What a disappointment if this had been left off. They stepped up to the plate and installed an item that went with the job that I wanted. While the bike was on the rack, an inspection was done and found that my oil cooler was leaking and the radio antenna cable had a break. Finding these problems reassures me that someone cares about my bike and my safety. This dedication also, keeps me off the side of the road with an even bigger problem. Looking out for rider safety is job #1. This makes me want to keep coming back. Kudos to the service dept. staff. ”

“Your Customer service is customer friendly, polite and very generous with information to guarantee the customer the best service possible. Kevin is an outstanding service representative for your Dealership and Kevin should be complemented/awarded for his Excellent service. Also I can say all the service personnel are excellent in performing their work and have a great attitude towards the customer and their motorcycle. The most natural part of any business is customer service and always able to speak intelligently on the subject matter at hand. Your organization has create a product, service that people want and you do your best to keep them happy so that they become lifetime customers, the only problem I have with the system is the rate hourly scheduled for repairs, other than that I rate your service department Excellent, Thanks SGM Pyles”

My first service since riding from Phoenix AZ. Dealer maintenance included tire replacement, servicing of brakes and master cylinders, and normal 10,000 service. Service manager was exceptionally knowledgable of not just the stock bike, but all of the modifications that had been performed over the last 10 years. Bike is a 2003 Screaming Eagle Road King with 70,000 miles, consequently, repair personnel showed extensive knowledge of older bikes and the updates that owners make to keep their bikes current. Diagnosis of other times that needed attention was exceptional, along with the quality of repair. I am a mechanical engineer so I have the education and background to appreciate thew quality I received.

“I wanted to upgrade the exhaust/mufflers on my bike. After doing my own research I went to HD Baltimore to order the parts that I thought I wanted. After talking to my sales guy (bike purchase) and parts guy I quickly found that what I thought I wanted isnt what I needed. The difference in the parts and performance was showed to me, thoroughly explained and even demonstrated. Two bikes were started up for me to hear and feel the difference between the 2. This wasnt an up-sale (cost was about the same), just looking out for my best interest and what I would be happiest with. My bike looks and sounds great and I could tell an immediate difference in performance. AWESOME job by everyone at HD of Baltimore.”

Bought a bike from eric "eazy-e". Everyone in this store was nothing short of amazing to me. Everyone in this facility from eric, to the store manager, and ESPECIALLY the service crew were absolutely awesome. I literally cannot recommend this place enough. I had a fire department trip I had to make and they all went out of their way to ensure not only that my bike was complete, but that I was informed every step of the way. The fellas in the service department went out of their way to complete everything on time and did a fantastic job with everything. I plan on going back and shaking each and every hand in that department!! Eric, and Harley-davidson of Baltimore, you guys got a customer for life!!

Eric Nitsch was our salesperson. Friends had told us how difficult it would be to negotiate the purchase of a new Harley, so we were dreading the buying process - but Eric, Chris, and Vince made it painless! Every step of the way, we were expecting a debate or struggle and never got one. In fact, they exceeded our expectations from start to finish! As the purchase was somewhat unplanned, we needed to schedule a quick delivery and the team at HD of Baltimore was able to make it happen. We both work in the customer service industry and know how much work it is to WOW a customer - Good Job to the entire staff of HD of Baltimore and Thanks! Joe loves his new Street Glide!

I pass two, sometimes three other Harley dealerships to get to the Baltimore HD store. The staff is welcoming and friendly (which is why I drive past the other stores) and the management always has some way to honor those that serve in the military or as first responders. The Basic Rider Course gave me the confidence to ride two years ago and I keep going back. Whether I am dealing with sales, service, finance, training, parts, or the clothing store, Ive always felt like Im getting straight answers without any type of hassle. Eric (sales) had made me feel like a member of the HD family since day one!

I have been a customer of Baltimore Harley since 2010. I recently just bought my 3rd Harley from them. Chris is an outstanding sales rep and Shane Neel is a top notch GM. They both took the time to listen and address my concerns and questions and really cared about me as a customer. They have always taken care of me and my bikes and have always provided the best service and they go out of their way to make you feel special. I work in the IT service and support industry and I know the importance of customer service and Baltimore Harley provides it! From the top down I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Its always a pleasure to visit Harley Davidson of Baltimore on Pulaski Highway. The people are so nice and very helpful when getting into technical issues. I have a 2012 CVO Full Dresser and read that the batteries in the key fob can go ka-put after a couple years. We looked up my bike, got some fresh batteries to carry with me on my trips and got that settled in a couple minutes. They are all so knowledgeable I feel this is the place to go to. By the way, keeping my 79 FLH in tip top shape for the past 35 years has been a great experience also. Thanks for being such a great Dealership !
