Awful store and the personnel inside is terrible, I ordered a helmet and two weeks later I came back to pick it up just to find out they didnt order it, each representative kept blaming each other, the helmet was never ordered so I asked for a refund just to found out they couldnt do it, so I got store credit, then I bought a leather jacket and the zipper opened up two days later, I came back to replace it and they were supposed to ordered on my size, one week later they did not call me so I decided to come to the store just to find out that they did not ordered and again the guy that works on the weekend(TJ) has an awful customer service and kept blaming it on the other staff members. Awful place, I will never buy here again.

The first time we shopped at this store for a helmet we barely got any attention, we had to literally check every item we liked for online description as sales person wasnt helpful at all, we were quite disappointed. Today we stopped by to get a winter jacket and it was a completely different experience. We were greeted with a smile, offered help by Peter , who assisted us in getting what we needed. Thanks to such kind and professional people like Peter , who really made our day, ones opinion about the whole brand can change to a positive one. Well done Peter!!!

I ordered an helmet for Fathers Day a week ago. They told me 3 day and it will be in. Minus the weekend I waited 3 days, when called back I was then told 5 days. Now today I call and was told the helmet wasnt shipped by the warehouse. Sounds like blame shifting. Their resolution, we can order it but it will not be here until Tuesday... I THINK NOT... I WILL NEVER SHOP CYCLE GEAR AGAIN! Needless to say its the Friday before Fathers Day weekend an Im assed out!

I, personally, only go here for outerwear. Their selection is great for all levels of protection. You have superior quality and budget items. There was a defect on the visor housing on a year and a half old helmet and they replaced it with a brand new one because none of the replacement parts would fit it right. Thats a dedicated policy. The only issue is its too small. They need a bigger place so they can spread their merchandise out better.

Just purchased freeze out gloves from them, my hands cant thank them enough! Also bought a RAM-mount as it makes riding with a GPS more bearable (dont really like just listening to my GPS, it helps a lot to see the directions you should go to). The staff is very friendly, always there to help you in fining any riding gear/helmets, and they offer professional advice on how to place mounts and find other accessories for your bike.

Went there on off chance would find riding jeans (never been there before) and found exactly what wanted, and at better-than-expected price. Couldnt be more satisfied. More help with inventory would have been nice, but surprised how busy on Sunday morning. Not too busy, just popular. Was checked out quickly, but wish wouldnt ask for so much personal information. Could have declined, but didnt want to fight. Will be back.

Really nice guy who helped my wife work out which brand of helmets best fitted her head, even though we werent buying a helmet. Did it just to be nice. The range is not great though, would be good to have a bit more than own brands to choose from.

Nicely organized and laid out. Its easy to move around in this store and view the products. The staff are friendly and helpful, too. Great selection of items and in stock, but I still wish Cycle Gear had online inventory for each store.
