My friend and I went in to Trans-Am looking to buy new bikes. I have been riding since I was 8, and I was 16 at the time. I wanted a sport bike. The salesman told me I needed to take the motorcycle safety course before even looking at bikes. First off, this shouldnt be any concern of his. Secondly, I was actually already registered for the course (I didnt tell him this), so what was the big deal? The salesman then walked away and decided I wasnt worth his time, going to help an older (at least 40) guy. My buddy went in, 20 yrs. old at the time, and the salesman did the same thing to him, even after saying he was signing up for the course so he wanted to start looking at bikes to get once he had his license/permit. I dont know what their issue is. Maybe they think we didnt actually have the money to buy a brand new bike, I dont know. There is no excuse for treatment of customers the way they treated me and my friend. We later visited Lancaster Honda, B&B Yamaha, and Dons Kawasaki, and they were all very nice and willing to show us bikes and answer questions, without discriminating because of our age.

So unprofeesional, people there dont know much about bikes. Will never go back there had to buy 3 windscreens in 3 weeks because they all cracked within days, the first one I installed, and they said I overtightened the bolts causing the boltholes to crack out (bullshit). So I had to buy a new one. The next one they installed and it cracked out again. But they wouldnt replace it. The third time again the installed and it cracked out again. And they wont replace this one either. (Noticing a pattern?) I dont care if the windscreen cracks.... it happens, but it happenes 3 times In 3 weeks??? And they dont replace any of them??? Id give them zero stars if it would let me

I am shopping for a new bike and had a great experience at Keller Brothers today. They gave me open access to the techs before my ride to be sure all of my technical questions were answered. After the ride, Cody did not pressure me to buy as so many dealerships do. He gave me all the info I need to make my own decision. Have also had a good experience here with BMW service. The ownership change has been good for the business!

This is the worst most unprofessional dealership Ive ever been too. They were unfamiliar with thier products, financing was a confused nightmare. I had to continually contact them about the bike, they never got back to me when they said they would. The place is run by a bunch of kids that have no clue Whats going on. I would never ever recommend anyone to visit this establishment.

I rode up from Delaware to get a 18K service on my bike. These guys were fast. The sales, service and parts staff were great. I was in and out within a couple of hours and they have definitely earned my future business. BMW riders should consider this place if anything its worth the ride through the Lancaster countryside.

The last time I had my Concours serviced there a mistake was made with a part they installed. I caught it and brought it to their attention. Even though it was made while under different ownership, they made things right. Kudos for doing the right thing.
