NEVER GOING TO THIS SHOP AGAIN! Here is why: 1)Their hourly rate is $110 an hour thats more than the Harley shops 2) Their shop policy: THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR BIKE WHILE AT THEIR SHOP EVEN IF ITS DUE THEIR NEGLIGENCE!! It’s written on the work order they ask you to sign. This is not industry practice, I called around other dealers and it is as expected. Other Honda dealers will return your bike in the same condition as you brought in (minus repairs of course). 3) Their service advisor is incompetent, I dont think he is even a mechanic. They did not know exactly what service my bike needed, when I pointed that out they offer to make it right. But I would have to make another trip! I won’t risk letting them work on my bike again, especially due to their bad business practice in regards to liability. I’d recommend you take your money to another shop and save yourself some grief.

I would not trust their service department. They must be either incompetent or dishonest. Bought a used bike from them last year. The bike ran fine for maybe two weeks before I had problems. Turns out the carbs were dirty and the gaskets were completely worn. Combine that with the fuel petcock that was broken; engine, engine oil, and air filter all got flooded with fuel... Not good!! What upsets me is they knew about the issue and promised to fix it before I picked it up. So either they couldnt find the problem (incompetent), or they chose to ignore it (dishonest). Then they wanted to charge me to have it looked at.. What?? This was a great inconvenience for me as a newbie rider, but I did the research and fixed the problems (and others) myself.. On a good note I did learn a lot about the bike. Bottom Line: Do not trust the service department here and dont buy their used bikes...

I have had an overall good experience with these guys. When I call for help, they are willing to help out over the phone and are patient in teaching me when I need it. They take time to explain things and seem like a pretty honest bunch without a lot of the attitude I have encountered elsewhere. I did experience a glitch with them recently, but the manager and his staff went out of their way to correct the problem. They get my vote.

Absolutely nothing. ... took my bike here fire tires. Got them installed fire a good price. .... but the mechanic didnt install my front brake calipers back on right. I found this out on 495 when I tried to slow down with no front brakes. I look down and what do I see. ... my caliper hanging off. An inexperienced rider may have lost his or her life. Watch their maintenance! !!!!!

New management and they are doing a great job. After talking to several motorcycle dealers, I liked this shop the best. Ronnie was very down-to-earth and worked closely with me to make a smooth deal. Kay over in finance was also very informative and helpful when guiding through the cost. I would recommend this dealer to any serious buyer.

I drove to these guys (from Fairfax, VA) because they sell Kymco scooters. I found their staff to be welcoming, willing (and able) to bargain, and informed. I got delivery on my scooter within about 4 hours of purchasing it. So far so good!

The term Stealership really comes to light with these guys. Buyer beware! I have dealt with numerous bike shops and this one by far was the worst.
