WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING SCAM ARTISTS ON PREMISES!!!! PLEASE BELIEVE IT.... TRUE LIVING EXPERIENCE. These guys are robbers, went there for two (2) occasions to get my bike serviced. First off they wont get in touch to let you know the status of your service hoping you get comfortable so theyll put a lien on your bike for abondoning it. The numbers will always fluctuate from what was said to you and what it will end up being higher of course. The last horrible experience is my bike was there for a seal on my shifter needing replacement according to them, the bike stayed there for 3 months which Im the one calling all the time to check the status and finally when it was ready for pick up; the said seal was wiped off good and before I took of the damn think was leaking right in front of all of us. My fairing was all broken up with brand new scratches, got charged for 1/2" rubber seal replacement and shop supplies and extra Bullshit that never took place!!! Stole my money engine oil was low seal never replaced and held the bike for 3 months+ BE VERY CAREFUL !!!

Emailed GRD Cycles to purchase and pick up a part. I contacted them over the weekend thru ebaystores and I was told that I could pick up Monday anytime from 9-6. I arrived at 5:08 Monday evening and I was told that the guy who does ebay leaves at 5 and that there was nothing that they could do and to come back tomorrow. So I email the ebay guy back telling them what happened and he tells me the part will be at the counter today so that I could purchase and pick up after 5 without him being here. This part should have been at the counter after I sent the first email stating that I would be there Monday evening to purchase and pick up. I drove to this place for nothing after leaving work early and time wasted and now I am expected to come back today when I should of had my part yesterday. I never was told sorry for the misunderstanding or anything which has made me come to the conclusion to never deal with this business again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I always hear people bad talk this business but I decided to give them a chance that I regret. Bad Business!

Terrible!! i brought a bike in for inspection and waited for about 3 hours. they told me it failed and that if i brought the bike back they would replace the tail light and turn signals since they were smoked (tinted) and put a tag bracket on and they would pass it fine. so the next week i get there at 10 am. (They open at 9am) i sat and watched them change ONLY the tail light. after 4 hours of waiting i asked them what was going on, they told me they werent going to be able to finish it today!!?? they took my bike off the lift and put another bike on that had gotten there waaaay after me! very unfair and unproffesional. long story short they told me to bring it back another day. i ended up switching out all lights and turn signals myself in less than an hour. the service is terrible. worst mechanical service ive ever seen. jimmy is the manager or man in charge. he should be fired or demoted to a simply mechanic because his manager skills are awful. he makes it seem like they are doing you a favor instead of welcoming your bussiness. ill never go back.

Friendly staff doesnt make up for crappy service. I was told it would take a couple of days to get a diagnostic when I dropped my bike off, but went a week with no word from the service dept. I called the following week and was told the same thing. Many phone calls and a month later, I showed up to get a status. The dance began again once I simply asked for my bike back. The service manager told me they dont have time to call people and give a status, things get backed up and its not there fault, if I leave it the job will be done in "a couple of days". These by definition are customer service! Long story short, the bike looked as if it hadnt been touched, the battery was dead, and they charged me for an hour of labor that I intend to fight. I would hope that no one else would be duped by this crew of uncertified mechanics who seem to want to get you in the door then offer the terrible customer service. Especially when there is a great shop less than a mile away. A whole month of the riding season gone! Dont make the same mistake!

I have nothing but good things to say regarding GRD. I brought my 02 recon in for a plow kit, new rims & tires (specifically for the snow), carb clean/re-jet, broken light assembly. From the very first phone call to the place (I only dealt with Jimmy) he only polite, courteous, professional & friendly. He even suggested he would find me wheels on ebay to save money. When I came to pick up the 4 wheeler, everything was done & done RIGHT. He even stayed within my budget on this project. I will DEFINITELY take my bikes again. This is not my first time dealing with and have never had a complaint before but this time was exceptional.

I wouldnt buy bottled water from this place if they sold it. Took my bike here for tire installs which I purchased elsewhere. Upon completion, some of my custom fairing bolts where removed and never replaced. My tires also where not balanced. A few weeks later I found that they did not tighten the screw which align the rear wheel. Damaged my sprockets because the wheel cocked. Called today just to buy bolts and they said he wouldnt spend much time looking for a 2 dollar bolt. Horrendous service. Absolutely wont buy broken glass from this place!

In the military so finding a bike shop every time I get transferred is a royal pain in the a$$. Been here three years, Ive taken my bikes (two) to Atlantic Cycle & Power, Heyser Cycle and Honda PowerSports of Crofton. This is by far the best shop in the area. They are friendly, knowledgeable in serving both brands, their prices are very reasonable they are assessable and walk through your repairs if you have questions (I always do) and more importantly they stand behind their service. Bottom line, this is my shop of choice.

Best service around! Unlike other places where you have to wait either days or weeks for a scheduled appointment to have your bike worked on. They immediately do and always have time for any questions and answer it very clearly. I brought my 2004 r1 in to have a clutch rebuild and a few other things and it was ready for pick up before the end of the week. Got on the bike for a test drive and it was better than it had ever been. For this place a 5 star rating is a must.

Awesome place! Not sure why people have given this shop bad reviews, these guys are very friendly, helpful and very curtious. They got me right in and fixed my bike so I could get back out on the road. Jimmy the lead mechanic was very helpful and the owner also was very helpful in choosing tires for my bike. I would send everyone I know that ride here to have there bike worked on. Exellent job GRD keep up the great work.
