I stopped at Cycle Gear after receiving their flyer in the mail and I am glad I did. I was aware of Cylce Gear online but it is so nice to be able to try the various items on in person rather then guessing with an online order. From helmets, jackets, pants gloves boots and other protective riding gear they had it and by several well known brand names along with tons of their Bilt brand product line. Before you bust on Bilt items go try some of their offerings I think you will be surprised. Awesome prices affordable to the average joe plus a 5 year warranty on Bilt items - cant beat that for those of us on a budget. The store itself had plenty of space with product packed to the gills for all versed riders...street, touring, adventure and dirt. I could have spent 2 hours looking around and adding to my wish list. if you leave empty handed then you really must be clutching your wallet tightly. Both store associates were very nice and had exceptional knowledge regarding the stores items and are riders themselves. I was very satisfied and plan to return again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly but they have next to no variety in brands at this location. 90% of whats there is their own Bilt and Sedici brands of gear, all of which arent the best of quality and mustve been sized for children or specifically for Asian countries. Im glad I stopped in and checked out the Bilt jacket I was going to buy online though, mainly because its quality is low and its sizing is a joke-- neither of which can be seen in a small thumbnail picture on their website. Saved me the hassle of an online return. They have a decent selection of helmets but they dont carry all the sizes for each one. Their boots section is a jumble of mismatched boxes stuffed into the corner of the store. Honestly, theres just too much jammed into that tiny store to a point where you bump into and almost knock over displays left and right. Dont go here expecting to find the vast array of products you can find on their website. With that said, if youre only looking for Bilt & Sedici products, youll be set.

I like Cycle Gear a lot. Ive purchased a lot of things from them: a jacket, insulated pants, helmets, motorcycle covers, gloves and wind stopping undergarments. The guys (and occasionally gals) who are there are very friendly and helpful. John usually waits on me but today, Paulie waited on me. I usually receive hands-on personalized service to assist me with trying items on and folding up or rehanging things that dont fit. The first time this occurred, I thought it was weird but Ive quickly come to realize that this is like old-time service but its been so long, Id forgotten how nice it is to experience. In addition to the hands-on help, John and Paulie have made useful recommendations on specific items (one model of something over another for an added feature) or for sizing. I like visiting this store for the good products but enjoy the great service. Thanks !!

I like Cycle Gear if you are going in 1) to try on helmets or other non-name brand gear. 2)Pick up quick supplies that you dont want to wait to be delivered if you order online. The staff is friendly and they have coffee and doughnuts on Fridays. The ladies gear section is pretty limited in terms of brand name gear but, in general, the does not carry name brand items in stock like Dainese, Revit, SPIDI..etc. There are a few Alpine Stars things in stock though. If you are interested in buying the stores brand gear however, this is a good place if you dont want to order online.

I bought my first helmet here and I originally had no idea what to look for. The staff were very helpful and patient with me, showing me important features, what a good fit is like, etc. They made recommendations for other safety gear but werent pushy and had a great sense of humor about everything. They put in a ton of effort to make sure I got the helmet I wanted even though they had some trouble with their inventory system. They also take special orders! Great selection, great people. Highly recommended.

Ive bought several items here. Though most of the products are their proprietary brands I have been pleased to find the quality quite good for the price. The Bilt helmet I bought fit my head better than any of the higher priced brands. When they didnt have the right size pants in stock they were happy to order them in and called me when they arrived. Paulie in particular was very helpful, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. So glad Cycle Gear came into the area.

This place has a great variety of motorcycle gear at good prices. So many motorcycle shops have almost nothing but black leather gear. This store has mesh jackets for summer, riding pants Bluetooth gear and tons of helmets, in different colors. I like to be visible when riding. I just bought riding jeans with Kevlar and knee pads. So comfortable and better protection than leather chaps. My wife bought a pink and white mesh jacket. Ready for summer.

My new favorite place to buy gear. Probably a hundred helmets on the wall, leathers, textiles, base layers, gloves, and even some aftermarket bolt on parts. If you cant find it in store, order online and theres no shipping plus easy returns and exchanges. Plus, there was free sandwiches from Jimmy Johns when I went in.

Came in completely clueless on where to start. received a warm welcome and had a good time chatting with staff which led me to purchase a jacket for a great closeout deal which they always have plenty of. Reccomend to any riders in the area for decent selection in a small space.

Great service. Great people. I purchased a pair of riding gloves a few weeks ago, shortly after the stitching in the velcro strap came undone. .they replaced them. No questions asked. I will be going back

Really good selection, and the folks that work here are very knowledgeable about their products. Many of them are riders as well, so they know what theyre talking about.

Great staff, Paulie always takes the time to help answer all your questions! One downfall is the size of the store, feels way to crowded from clothing racks and displays.

I needed fiberglass packing for my Kerker exhaust - they had it in stock, and only $10.35 for FMF 4-stroke packing. This is cheaper than buying online after shipping!
