Best motorcycle shop in my 25+ years of dealing with many places.Jason, Dan and the whole staff are extremely honest and knowledgeable. They give the time to explain what they can do for me and my motorcycle and treat me like a person unlike most shops that think of someone like a number.The work is better than any shop then i dealt with, everyone i know who has had their bike there has have nothing but praise about Karns. I could go closer to many nearby shops but rather travel to take it to the best!

My wife and I were looking to buy a side by side and stopped in to see what Karns had to offer. By far the best experience ever while looking to purchase. We stopped in other "big" shops and they all had that business feel about them. We went into Karns, Dan and the staff made us feel like friends and not just a customer. Recently had a dyno tune on my bike here, and I was a little late for the appointment. Jason was completely understanding. There was an unanticipated issue with my exhaust as well and he took the time even though it was unscheduled to fix this and do the tune for a very reasonable price. I would recommend these guys to anyone for performance needs.

I can honestly say that Ive just had the best experience buying a motorcycle from a dealer. Dan has been very professional and honest. I am 1,100 miles away from Karns so there were a few hurdles to jump lol. I was treated with fairness and integrity and would highly recommend them for a sight unseen online purchase. Wonderful service. Everyone at every step of the way was very courteous and accommodating.....brought 06 car 600rr for service. When I got it back it wasnt acting quite right. I returned for service and was told no charge for a pinched wire. Once again great service excellent staff thank you.

Go there to get parts they sead they had it go there it was a long drive and get there they dont have anything that I order, so I hope you read this cause I am never buying a suziki ever again

I have a 2008 Suzuki GSXR600 I bring to Karns. They have knowledgeable staff and decent pricing on labor and parts. Winter storage for your motorcycle is great too! Convenient place for riders.

Karns now has a shop as good as their service. They treat my 33 year old cafe racer like it is the only bike that matters. They are the only shop I want to deal with.

bad experience waited to get my bike rebuild for 3 months for $3200. They said it would only take a month and cost between $2,200-$2,400.
