I got a great deal on a new bike but thats about the only positive thing I can say. Dick, the owner, was all chummy when I was looking at bikes then just disappeared during and after the sale. A classy thing, I thought, would have been to congratulate me on the purchase or to thank me for my business. Alex, the young man who sold me the bike, was kind enough to get back in touch several days after the sale and ask about the bike. When I mentioned how it would have been nice if Dick had followed-up with me, he apologized for Dicks misstep and stated that hes getting to be absent-minded in his age. The day of the purchase, I was considering purchasing some accessories but the young man at the counter was too busy looking things up on his computer to help me order any of the items I wanted -- even though I was the only person at the parts counter. At delivery, Dicks son, Kyle, seemed extremely put off with having to adjust the mirrors on the bike so that I could safely ride the bike home. And the dealer was unable to adjust the windshield the day I purchased the bike and said I should return at a later time when they had additional staff present. Kyle was also unable to adjust -- or show me how to adjust -- the rear suspension. Finally, the bike was dusty when it was delivered. Ive heard good things about LVC but my experience was sub-par compared to other new bike deliveries and Im disappointed that I didnt get as good of service as other folks have received.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing three motorcycles from this dealer. I have had several sales experiences in the process of shopping around for the best deal and hands down had the best experience at Lebanon Valley Cycles. They went the extra mile to discuss details and didnt rush me in my decisions. Kyle and Alex in sales were very knowledgable and patient with me. Jenny and Deb made the loan process easy and painless! As I said before, this is my third bike from this dealer and there is a reason I keep coming back. Not only do I know Lebanon Valley Cycles is offering the best deals, they made the process fun and are friendly!

Bought two wheelers in one day total over 14k they came with FREE Warn Winches. The sales guy told us to bring them out and they will put them on for us. Ok cool they ordered them in and took out the atvs, when we went to pick them up we were handed a $400 bill for install! I was told they were free including installation. The owner standing there (his name is Dick) hears our conversation, knowing how much was spent two weeks prior and says not a word. Never again will we go to LV Cycles. Too bad for them because come December we were going to go and buy two more atvs. We still will just not from this place.

I have had multiple issues with the service here. Call for parts, get a voicemail box, they finally return your call maybe 2 hours later. One time my parts were on backorder and the never called to inform me. I had an issue with getting incorrect parts and they told me they would research the problem and call me back. Yeah, they never called back. If they actually have the part in stock and they are close and convienient, go for it. Otherwise order online or from an other dealership.

Used to love coming here. Then I bought a bike from a different dealer, and happened to mention to the old man the next day the overheating problem I was having with it, and he went off the handle. Very unprofessional, talking crap on the other dealer, and pretty much insinuated that it was my fault for buying a bike from the other dealer. Even told me to cancel the check, which wouldve probably resulted in me being arrested. All in all made me not want to come back.

I called to schedule a service appointment and the guy didnt even know the vehicle I gave him was a motorcycle. Then when I asked how much the 9,000 mile service would be, he said he didnt know, maybe an hours worth of labor and parts. I said how do you even know what the parts are when you havent looked up anything. I said I dont have much confidence in your shop if you dont even know what the service is. He said ok and hung up on me.

Love this shop! We traded in our four wheeler for the Viking, of which I was hesitant. I appreciate the warm greeting from Dick, to the knowledgeable Kyle who helped us make our choice. I truly feel like family when I come to this shop! We make sure our bike to our four wheelers get serviced here and we have never experienced anything but the best service from Sheldon to Dave. “Great service pleasant attitude". Your service team goes above and beyond including Sheldon and Derrick in service & Doug in sales. When I needed a battery for my 2006 Gold Wing, I called @ 330 and got same day service. Arrived at LVC 430 and in 20 minutes I was on the road!
