Extremely pleased with the experience at the Furniture & Mattress Outlet. My boyfriend and I recently moved to Germantown, just a short distance away from the Furniture & Mattress Outlet. We had no furniture at this point and googled searched furniture stores nearby and this outlet showed up right away . We decided to give it a try and it was not disappointed!! We were greeted right away with a friendly welcome. The staff was such a pleasure and extremely helpful. They gave us great suggestions and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The store has a wide variety of furniture, ranging from kitchen tables, china cabinets, coffee and end tables, beds, mattresses, a large collection of unique couches, decorative pieces, lamps, area rugs, etc... And everything at a reasonable and affordable price. Whatever piece you like, it is available in different colors online that they will order for you in the store. As far as the delivery service goes, we were also very pleased with the professionalism and fast delivery. The crew delivers within two weeks (usually less than), they will get your purchases in the house, and then set it up for you wherever and however you would like. We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for new furniture for their home. We have already been there two times and have purchased all of our furniture here thus far, and we will be back!

Listen... the owner Freddy, NOT the friendliest/true gentleman/great man/the best/very fair everyone said he is. How can these people talk about Freddy is a nice guy when he doesnt care about the Germantown community. He and his family dont care about our communities. Freddy has no compassion. Here is Freddys history: Established in 2000: We are Family owned and operated, proudly serving Maryland, for more than 16 years!" There are condos, townhouses, and single family houses across 12401 Middlebrook road, some of the people that live in those homes are unemployed and they could be employed at the Furniture & Mattress Outlet, but that will never happen because Freddy is FAMILY OPERATED!!!! Why would you support someone who doesnt support the community? Dont support the phonies! Support the real! Bottom line Freddy is selfish!!!!!

We are a new couple to the area and had trouble with another furniture company with getting our furniture to us, even after ordering it months in advance. But The Matress and Furniture Outlet in Germantown promised us that we would get our furniture in a weeks time after we ordered it, knowing we were in a rush to get furniture (especially a mattress to sleep on). Surely, 5 days after we ordered our furniture, it was all delivered to our apartment and all great quality! The staff is great to work with and absolutely no complaints! Thank you for making our apartment feel like a home!

We know the Owner Freddy for ten years. We buy all our furniture and mattresses there. He is a very fair individual. In the last two weeks we bought a king size mattress and head board. Today our soon to be six year old daughter got a full size bed and a princess head board for her Grandparents. We all have bought a lot of merchandise over the last ten years. His delivery people are terrific. Freddy is a true gentleman and very fair. His prices are great. Go and take a look. You will buy.

This place is great. The selection is decent but the sales staff is what really makes it a very good shopping experience. No hassle, open to negotiation, and they even encourage you to check out other places for comparison. They offer to beat or at least equal the prices of competitors on same or similar products. Got my entire living room set here and this place is great. Willing to take the time to help me find what I wanted and order specific pieces for me and not pushy at all like other places. 2 years later something happened to the couch and they were amazing at helping us get it fixed. Oh my god the boss is such a great man! I wish I could give him six stars if I could. He gave me great deal and perfect service. I was not very satisfied about a bed frame, and I get full store credit. I will definitely come back to get more stuffs for my new home.

we got a really good queen size mattress for a DAMN good price (pillow top, great quality - $500) we also bought our entire living room from there for $1000 (2 couches, 3 tables) highly reccomended... will come back there when it comes time to upgrade :)
