There was a snow storm yesterday, so I understand that some businesses close, but I called ahead and asked if they were open. I was told yes we will be open for a couple more hours, so I get to the store about 20 min after I hung up the phone , and the door is locked. This is at 1245pm. I called again and spoke to the same person, and they told me they got a call to close the store at 1pm.. OK. Its 1245, all I literally had to do was pick up a bag of dog food and go. As I walk away from the door, one employee lets another out and slams the door and locks it.. not to mention another time being there online and the girl at the register stops everything she is doing and says" Im going on break" meanwhile there is a line if people waiting to be rung up.. this store needs to check their employees, because that isnt how you treat customers. I went to pet smart down the road and everyone there was happy to be a help and they didnt close at 1pm.

Super nice staff. They are sometimes a big short-staffed, but the people working there always take the time to help you out. Good variety of grain free pet food and natural kitty litters. I really love this store.

This place sucks. Would not take item back without a receipt. Rude staff . Shelves always empty and they never have the latest Food.no one is ever at the register. I waited 10 min to check out!

EVERYTIME!!!! I come in this store I wait, and wait AND WAIT for assistance. The staff doesnt care. It is so FRUSTRATING! I just want to be acknowledged and assisted when I ask for help.
