Grooming done by Tina: first time at the groomer and I will not go back. I have a Labradoodle who enjoys spa time. I tried pet smart since my former groomer relocated. Tina was pleasant when we met and pleasant when I picked up. She said my dog was amazingly prefect., she just did not like the cage in the end. When I saw my dog, she looked horrible. Her coat had gashes throughout. When my dog shook her body, hair floated around the shop like a cloud in the sky. I ask the lady to get rid of the loose hair. Tina said freshly groomed dogs have Khalid in the coat, that is how you can tell the dog is freshly groomed. I reported, that is not acceptable for me, my dog lived in my home. Also the body does not have even out the cut. She could not see the cut was uneven and it is unfortunate because I saw errors 6 feet away. The other groomers gave Tina specific directions which was to back brush my dog and trim her for an even cut. Tina acted clueless. After five times she did not take the feedback From her fellow team mates. She got an attitude and walked in the back and started to pout like a baby. One of the other groomers took over the job and reported the dogs coat was damp so she would not get a even cut. Tina let the dog air dry and areas was still damp. In order to get an even cut my dog would need to be rewashed and conditioned. My dog was there since 9:30 and it was not 3:00. Let me say I arrived 35 minutes after the voicemail was logged. Anyway- The other groomers asked was my dog matted? Tina and I confirmed there were no mats so no it was unclear why Tina cut my dog so short - it is winter. After the other groomer cleaned my dog up. I spoke to management about the girls behavior. The coworkers also commented as well and the cut was free. Was I happy- absolutely not because my dog looked a mess. The next day I found that my dog was cut in the rectum. The vet on site the anal glands were irritated and I had to pay $30 to bus them. My dog would not do it because of the cut that was close to the rectum. My pets coat was stiff and she kept scratching. I was also itching so I Took my dog for a light oatmeal bath two days later. My dog was cut a total of three times, I never noticed because the fur was covering in wept/ scar. I did not take my dog back to the vet as this groomer gave me some over the counter medicine to treat the cuts. I will never take my dog back to Pet Smart.

We took our medium-sized Shih Tzu to get a haircut and bath on a Saturday. When he got back home he started to shake, and it wasnt because he was cold. Then, he didnt want to eat or drink, he just wanted to lay down. And he continued to that for 1 day. After that, we took him to Bandfield and the doctor told us that his hip and left leg were inflamated. And it was coincidental that this was right after he got his bath and haircut. So I dont know what really hapenned in the grooming salon, or if it was somewhere else. But I just wanted you guys to know.

this place is amazing the girls are perfect so happy so energetic and they are polite!! they treated my pet as if he was theirs :] it makes me feel welcome when i walk up to the desk say hello and they already know my name and remember my pet and... they already have everthing ready for me this place is great and the drs are great too will admit there was one visit i had an ear cleaning i wasnt told i had to pay for but it was cleared up... they offer plans that make the visit so much better and when you re tight on money you can still be seen!!!

The staff is nice and helpful but their information on certain reptiles is completely wrong and can affect your pets life. In fact, some information can even kill a leopard or crested gecko. If you want a reptile as a pet or any kind at all, I recommend to do your research and dont listen to what these "experts" say or read the pamphlets provided. If you want a healthy pet, I also recommend to get them from a breeder. The supplies provided are great but everything else needs more work and they should give people the right information.

I used to go to Petco when my dog was young but I had the most terrible experience there so I decided to try PetSmart. I am so glad I did! I went to Tina and she is the ONLY groomer I will ever use. My little Sasha comes out perfect every time! She is so sweet and always makes me feel like my dog is the best dog in the world (which she is). I highly recommend her. Thank you for all you do, Tina!

Horrible experience today,the manager ROB UNGER was rude,not helpful,nasty .I have been a customer for a long time, my Dog got hurt during grooming almost 4 hours had passed and nobody did care.I do not think that MR UNGER has any public relation experience because the look on his face was like "I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO".

Went to use Banfield Pet Hospital for wellness visit for our newly adopted kitten. There was not anyone waiting. We were told the next available appointment was next Wednesday...9 says from today. I guess they dont wish to expand their business

Great petsmart store! Staff is always friendly and helpful and they truly love animals. Also I accidentally left my purse in a shopping cart and an employee found it. They kept it safe for me until I went back to get it.

Love it! Im getting a hamster and it has all the supplies I need! Also it smells very good in there for cats, ha steers fishes and other animals to be in there.Once I went to a pet store it smelled horrific!

Facility is always clean, bright and welcoming. Unfortunately they did not carry my usual brand of dog food (Merrick), however they do have a ton of selection. Wish they carried salt water aquarium fishes.

First time bath went GREAT for my small dog. Did the brite white wash and teeth cleaning. He looks so good. Used coupon . Jessica did nice job. Will be back again.
