If I could give one fifttieth of a star, I would. Avoid this place at all costs. We went to Petco for some vaccinations for our 16 week old Tigger. Petco told us that he had an upper respritory infection and he needed a vet ASAP (unforunately PEtco doesnt have a vet). We went to Banfield as it was close. First impresion was poor. We were treated terribly by some receptionist who acted like she couldnt care less about us or our cat. After giving our names and cats name a multidtude of times (its Tigger [for the eighth time] - they still labelled all his meds and called him Tiger, although thats petty) and our address and every questions they could ask. Why ask a question if you arent going to listen to the answer and then re-ask the question two minutes later. Eventually we were seen by an assistant who was a nice young girl and was the only friendly person there. She helped us a little and told us the vet would be in momentarily. Fifteen minutes later the vet came in (very cold and disinteresed person) and looked at the cat and left. The friendly assistant came back in and gave us a bill for $200 and said she needed to take Tigger for 10 minutes and that we could wait in petsmart. We walked around petsmart for ten minutes and upon returning my fiance slipped on a puddle of urine sitting on the floor. Thats not Petsmarts fault really as the owner I guess never told anyone, but when we told the unfriendly receptionist, she rolled her eyes, and five minutes later haphazardly cleaned up the urine constantly saying, "This isnt my job, this isnt my job..." We waited another fifteen minutes before asking where Tigger was. She looked around her immediate area, as if expecting to see him bundled up, and then said not out yet. Ten miuntes later he came out. They tried booking him for more vaccinations in ten days (each time the see an animal theres a flat $50 fee plus addons when the vet examines an animal and things of that nature). We told them we wouldnt be coming back and we will hold to that. If your animal is sick, bring it to a different vet. If it needs shots, bring it to Petco...where there are very affordable shots every other saturday.

Stay away from the Banfield here at all costs!! Took our 10 week old puppy to get vaccinated..we were told he had an ear infection and had to stay to have his ears cleaned. When we came back to pick him up, his ears were dripping water and blood. They still had ear wax in them. Our puppy had had so much anesthesia that he was drooling on himself. When we pointed out to Dr Morris that the ears were still bloody and dirty, she lied and tried to tell us it was medicine (which she showed us--- the medicine was clear not red like the stuff coming out of his ears). She then proceeded to shove her finger in his ears until he cried... then repeated. We had to grab the 10 week old puppy away from her to get her to stop. I was easily to clean his ears later without him crying. She then ran a bill for over $300 for everything, including 20 to look into the ear. And $22 for removing a tick, that we were removing ourselves when we came to the office and she stopped up. We ended up taking the puppy to another vet the next day for a confirmation. There was no sign of an ear infection. Whatever you do..do not take your pet here.

I think theyre really great with the dogs. I take my 5.5 month old puppy to the Doggy Day Camp at least once a week to burn off some major energy with all the other dogs. She comes home completely exhausted from running around all day. They update me on her day and let me know if there were any issues. I havent used their grooming services except for a bath and that has always gone well. They use hypo allergenic shampoos on all dogs.

This review is for their grooming salon. They dont do a thorough job while grooming the dogs, we came to get our dogs nails trimmed, ears cleaned and his teeth brush. They finished in 5 minutes and it didnt even seem like they brushed his teeth. His nails are still pretty long. They have horrible customer service and are rude. Were never taking dog here again.

Called about a coupon that expired one day ago and asked if I could still use to try their grooming services. After being transfered 3 times to a manager, he refused to honor it. I explained I buy all of my dogs food there, his treats, his leashes etc. I asked him several times and he still wouldnt honor it.

Horrible. I brought my dog ( who was a puppy at the time) to be groomed and she came out drooling. It appeared as if she was drugged. Also, I witnessed another groomer yelling at the dog she was grooming and pushing his head away because he was licking her. Do Not go here for grooming.

I went in and I wanted to hold a rat. My dad went to go get someone and they told us that she will send someone. After 10 minutes, noone showed up. Turns out he was talking to someone with a pit bull who was screaming in a corner.

Doggie day care..... there was a mix up and my dog could not go to day camp, so ended up in day care. They took good care if him, but just make sure you know what you are signing up for!

I love their grooming services. For those of us with dogs that dont shed they offer up face trimming. No reservation needed for that. The staff is incredibly nice and clearly love dogs.
